Leadership that is based on a holistic,
multidimensional framework challenges us to continually achieve greater clarity
by re-examining our basic skills. In this manner, we can elevate our
professional services into higher expressions of our Core Self.
Training Goals
This workshop addresses the key
components of empowering the co-creative process of leadership and
facilitation. Multidimensional leadership encompasses co-creation with others,
both one-on-one and in groups, as well as with our own higher expression of
Self. This form of leadership is grounded by:
· defining our own solid foundations
of Core Self
· responsive patterns of relating to
emotions
· consistent anchoring inner and outer
dialogue into the present moment
The benefits of this work emerge
through the direct experience of our co-creative process. As we explore
together multidimensional choices that support healthier, more creative
decisions, we can learn to dynamically restructure the daily landscape of our
rapidly-changing lives.
Dr.
Suzanne Lie has her PhD in Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed
Psychotherapist in private practice in Santa Monica and Redondo Beach, CA since
1986. She is also a gifted writer and
artist who uses her creative expressions to encourage healing at all levels of

Training Process
We will work together to identify
and define expanded potentials for communication that facilitate an ongoing
transformation of our behaviors and practices. This grounding of a constant
connection with our Core Self will facilitate our ability to maintain healthy boundaries,
identify and release negative thoughts and emotions, remain non-reactive in
stressful situations and focus on living in the present. Through this ongoing integration,
we can better engage in the co-creative process of supporting others by
affirming their Core Self and ever-expanding creativity.
Participation
Workshop
registration is open to all people engaged in the process of personal and
community revitalization and ascension into a higher planetary expression.
Fees and Registration
Cost
for the training is $240.00 (with sliding scale available). Participants are
responsible for their own transportation and meals.
Affordable accommodations are available
on-site, both single and shared.
