Dear Members of the Planetary Ascension team,

Congratulations! You have downloaded and integrated the higher frequency light into your earth vessel and merged your personal chakras with the planetary chakras of Gaia. Because of this, we the Arcturians have come to you to remind you of the pact that you made with us before you took your present earth vessel. 

You were in your higher dimensional SELF and preparing for the third-dimensional reality of your present earth life when you called to us, the Arcturian Collective Consciousness. You knew that this reality would be very important, as you were volunteering to be a member of the “ground crew” of the Planetary Ascension Team.

You were aware that your present reality would offer a great opportunity for expansion of your consciousness, but you also knew that it would be very easy to get lost in the illusions of the third dimension and forget your Soul’s commitment. 

Consequently, you asked us to contact you as soon as you could possibly receive our call and remind you of your pact. Because you have so greatly expanded your consciousness, we are able to contact you now. 

When we met before your present life, you promised that you would share our communications with as many people as you could. We want you to know that we are grateful that we can communicate with others through you, and we are completely behind you, as well as within you.

Please remember to keep us in your awakening consciousness within every moment of your life. Feel our communications as they flow in through your crown, to be displayed on the mind-screen of your third eye, and exude our energy down through your toes and out through your hands and heart. 

Feel us emanating up from the core of Gaia's Earth and down from the edge of her atmosphere. BE ONE with our Arcturian Collective Consciousness, in your every emotion, thought, action and emanation. 

See our face when you look into the mirror. Feel our step as you walk through your life and our touch as you experience your world. We are always with you.

We, the Arcturians, wish to remind you that we have been chosen by the Galactic Federation to be Gaia’s Guardian during Her, and Her inhabitants’ transition through the fourth and into the fifth dimension and beyond. 

The citizens of Arcturus ascended beyond the third dimension eons ago, and our Star is soon to follow. Therefore, we have served as guardians to those who wish to follow the highest Path of Pure Consciousness. 

In fact, in your present time, many of our kind have taken physical earth bodies to assist in Gaia’s planetary ascension. Since we innately resonate to the fifth dimension and beyond, entering a corporeal earth body is a great sacrifice, but one that we joyously accept.

We now wish to tell you about our corridor. The Arcturian Corridor is a tunnel of light, which serves as an inter-dimensional portal into the fifth dimension and beyond. Because of this Corridor’s close proximity to Arcturus, and because of our ancient commitment to assist those on the Path of Ascension, we have been chosen as Guardians for this Corridor. 

Beings who wish to participate in the experience of third dimensional Earth, travel through the Arcturian Corridor. Then, when they have completed their sojourn in the lower worlds, they will return to the higher dimensions through that same Corridor.

Individuals pass through the Arcturian Corridor when they return to Earth for further incarnations, or when they move out to other solar systems and higher dimension realities.  

Hence, humanity is called on to be the sentinels for this Corridor that serves, not only as a gateway through which humans pass during death and rebirth but also as a way-station for non-physical consciousness to become accustomed to physicality. 

When you wish to sojourn beyond your Solar System and experience other worlds and realities, you will travel through the Arcturian Corridor. The Arcturians, as well as the members of the Planetary Ascension Teams, are committed to utilizing the force of Unconditional Love to assist Gaia in fulfilling her Divine Plan to become a fifth-dimensional planet of peace and love. 

The beloved members of the Pleiades, Sirius, Arcturus, Andromeda, and Antares, as well as the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of Light, the Angelic Kingdom, the Ascended Masters, and the awakened members of Earth, have all joined together to assist Gaia in the fulfillment of Her transmutation into a fifth-dimensional planet

An important key to personal ascension is inner peace and unconditional love, including unconditional love of your own physical body. When you can remember to unconditionally love your earth vessel, it will assist you to remember how to create your reality with your thoughts and to feel the wondrous emotions of joy and love. 

We are happy to remind you at this time that the emotions of love and joy have the ability to calibrate your consciousness to your highest possible frequency. The experience of unhappiness is not just a response to the outside and/or inside influences, but it is also an indication that your consciousness has fallen into a lower resonance.

When you face the same “unhappy” experience while keeping your consciousness “calibrated” to the frequency of your Soul/SELF, you can perceive that you have the opportunity for inner growth and expansion of your consciousness. 

Then, through your higher consciousness, an experience that could devastate your ego is a mere challenge to your Soul. In fact, from the perception of your Multidimensional Soul/SELF, each experience is a new opportunity to clear and love your self and your planet. 

It is the daily connection to the higher dimensions and to us, the Arcturians, which will allow you to fully awaken to the Mission that YOU chose when you volunteered to be a member of the ground crew of the Planetary Ascension Team.

Arcturus is a red supergiant star 36.7 light years from Earth in the constellation of Bootes, and Arcturus is believed to be one of the first stars to be named by your ancient observers. Likely, this is because Arcturus is the fourth brightest star in the sky, and is only outshone only by Sirius, Canopus and Alpha Centauri. 

The name Arcturus is translated as “Guardian of the Bear.” This naming is due to Gaia’s nearness to the Sky Bears of  Ursa Major and Ursa Minor. Arcturus was once the name used for the entire constellation of Bootes.

For many of your millennia, Arcturus has been identified as a beacon of light. Ancient Egyptians called Bootes “Smat,” which means, “one who rules, subdues, and governs,” as well as “Bau,” which means “the coming one.” 

Arcturus was worshiped in Nile temples, as well as in the “Temple of Venus” at Ancona in Italy. In the 13th century India, Arcturus was named “Svati,” “the Good Goer.” An early Arabic name for Arcturus was, “Al Haris al Sama,” the “Keeper of Heaven.”

Arcturus has been identified with the Chaldaeans, “the Guardian Messenger.” In the Euphrates, Arcturus was the “Shepherd of the Heavenly Flock,” or the “Shepherd of the Life of Heaven.”

In your mythology, Bootes is the Ploughman who drives the Bears, Ursa Major, and Ursa Minor, around the Pole Star, Polaris. The Bears, tied to the Polar Axis, are pulling a plow behind them, tilling the heavenly fields “in order that the rotation of the heavens never ceases.” 

Arcturus is easily found by noting that the curve of the handle of the Big Dipper is part of a circle or arc, then follow the arc to Arcturus. From the northern hemisphere, Arcturus is visible in the evening from about March to early summer.

Red-supergiant stars, such as Arcturus, are precursors to super-novae, neutron stars, and black holes. Therefore, Arcturus is in the last stages of its life in which it can be perceived from a third-dimensional reality. 

Since Arcturus is the brightest star in the constellation of Bootes, it is also called Alpha Bootes. The pattern of stars in this constellation forms the shape of a kite with Arcturus being the star at the base of the kite.

Arcturus is a giant with a diameter about 18 times greater than Earth’s Sun, with four times the Sun’s mass and a surface temperature that is about 1500 degrees lower, but its much greater surface area results in an outpouring of energy at a rate that makes it 105 times as luminous as Earth’s Sun. 

Arcturus was formed about 10 billion years ago, in the halo of the Milky Way in a generation of star formation prior to that in which Earth’s Sun was formed. This makes Arcturus about twice as old as Earth’s solar system and the oldest object easily visible to the naked eye.

There have been many humans who have shared their Arcturians communications with others. Edgar Cayce, Earth’s famous Channel, shared that Arcturus is one of the most advanced civilizations in this galaxy. 

Arcturus is also the prototype for Earth’s future and they happily use their Arcturian energy to emotionally, mentally and spiritually assist anyone who calls them. The Arcturians are always available to assist anyone who desires to be a planner and designer of their impending new reality.

The Keys of Enoch describe the Arcturians as “the mid-way programming center used by the “Physical Brotherhoods” in this universe to govern the many rounds of “experiments with the physical.” 

The Keys of Enoch calls the Arcturians the “Shepherding Frequency of Light,” which governs the preparation of humanity for the coming of the “Brotherhoods of Light.” Arcturus is, in fact, a focus of knowledge, a library that teaches the Earthlings, as well as other ascending beings, how to move from one reality to another.

The system of Bootes symbolizes the elder, the sage, the wise old man who is interested in principles and underlying causes, theories, ideologies, and how the past affects the future. 

Hence, the Bootes constellation is associated with the Hermit in the Tarot Deck. The Hermit is depicted as wearing a cloak with a hood that covers him from head to feet, except for his face and hands. Held up in his right hand is a lighted lantern, a walking stick is in his left, and a serpent is on the ground nearby.

Oswald Wirth in The Tarot of the Magicians explains that the Hermit uses his cane to tap the ground to communicate with the earth as he slowly walks his Path. Rather than kill the serpent, he casts a spell on it so that it twirls around his stick, suggesting that the Hermit does not fear the lower energies but instead, works with them. 

The lantern searches out, penetrates, and reveals the inner quality of things. The Hermit is the master who works on the drawing board, where he casts the exact plan of the intended construction. Before taking form, everything pre-exists as an abstract concept, as an intention. 

The Hermit represents the mysterious artisan, the “drawn up plan,” and the scaffolding, which is vital before any physical construction can begin. The Hermit is capable of directing the work of others and discerning what is in embryo form in the sphere of human development. In this manner, the Arcturians assist in creating “the embryo of your New Earth.”

Norma Milanovich wrote of her communications with us in her book, We, The Arcturians. Ms. Milanovich shares our important message that the most fundamental ingredient for living in the fifth dimension is unconditional love. 

Negativity, fear, and guilt must be overcome and exchanged for love and light. The Arcturians work in close connection with the Ascended Masters and the Galactic Federation. They also travel the universe in starships, which are some of the most advanced in the universe, to protect and guide humanity via our telepathic transmissions to those who are able to perceive them.

On September 9, 2002, the energy of the Arcturian Corridor intensified and dramatically shifted in a manner which could only be described as a “cosmic flip flop.” The area of the universe is shifting consciousness, rebalancing, clarifying, and intensifying. It is this transition that allowed the Arcturian Corridor to prepare for its higher service. 

Over the twenty-seven days following the shift, the Corridor was re-calibrating to become more accessible to third-dimensional awareness. During those twenty-seven days, there was said to be a powerful alignment of all the dimensional realms and a perfect alignment of all the dimensional doorways. 

That perfect alignment allowed the opening of an Inner Stargate within the Corridor that had been in place for eons, but only opened during dimensional alignments. This inner Stargate is still open and will remain open as long as there are any third-dimensional persons, planets, and realities preparing to return to the higher worlds. 

The Arcturian Corridor contains the harmonic resonance to activate the genetic restructuring to activate the memory of one’s ability to travel and communicate inter-dimensionally. 

Since September 2002, there has been an ongoing inner refinement which facilitates humanity’s ability to realize and accept that NOW is the time to commence your journey HOME to the fifth dimension and beyond. Best yet, you do not have to “leave” any beloved portions of your reality, for Gaia is preparing for Her journey HOME, as well.

Spiritual healing, such as one can receive through the Corridor is much like cooking with a microwave oven. It is done with a certain frequency, and the “cooking” is from the inside out. It often takes “time” in the physical world before one is aware of a transformation that has already happened within their consciousness.

The higher frequency energies to your planet have greatly increased since then. Hence, most of you have experienced some form of transformation. When the higher frequency light enters your form, your personal vibration increases. 

This increased vibration creates a faster spin to your chakras and your cell bodies, all the way down to your DNA. This increased spin throws off the lower frequencies of darkness, fear, discomfort, and disease to enable you to accept more light into your consciousness, body and reality.

The process of releasing the darkness allows you to accept more higher frequency light into your system. This higher frequency light can also create many symptoms of transformation in your emotions, thoughts, body, actions, and reality. 

However, the reward is that the resonant frequency of your earth vessel rises and your consciousness greatly expands. Because of these changes, no matter how uncomfortable you may have been, you are ready to commence your journey through the Arcturian Corridor. 

Throughout your journey, you may wish to reflect on how much your life has, or has not, changed since you first opened the Corridor. This reflection is recommended because you may realize that often you “grounded ones”—humans—can get lost in the mundane responsibilities of daily life and forget to recognize how much you have grown.

Allow your imagination to take the reigns so that you can quiet the voices of doubt, as you journey in consciousness back to the fifth dimension and beyond. This is, however, a journey beyond time and space. 

Hence, there will be no leaving or coming. There will only be the “here and now” of your expanding consciousness of sense of SELF. Therefore, fasten your seat belts and settle in for your JOURNEY THROUGH THE ARCTURIAN CORRIDOR!

Releasing TIME 

The Arcturians Through Suzanne Lie

As time, as we know it, continues to collapse, the concept of remembering is gradually replaced with the concept of KNOWING. At first “knowing” feels similar to remembering, but you increasingly realize that remembering had doubt, whereas knowing IS. In other words, when you KNOW, you are free of all doubt.

Being free of doubt is difficult as there is nowhere to hide, and you are completely vulnerable and in the daily process of full disclosure of all that has blocked your ascension so far.

This freedom from doubt is amazingly liberating. Most of you have had no idea how much doubt interfered in your life, as you had never lived without it. Freedom from doubt allows you to progress deeper and deeper into the NOW of “knowing.”

Remembering is a time-based concept because you perceive your self in the present while you begin to remember the past. Therefore, remembering is a third/fourth-dimensional construct. We use the word “construct” because your third/fourth-dimensional brain has constructed a “barrier” around unsafe memories from your past. That “past” could have been yesterday or myriad lives ago in your third-dimensional time. 

However, as third/fourth-dimensional time begins to collapse, it is replaced with the no-time of fifth-dimensional NOW. In other words, as the third/dimensional time slowly unravels within the synapses of your physical brain, you begin to search for what you believe you have lost. It is within this searching that you begin to find your SELF. 

Now your Higher SELF will likely be a Galactic and/or Celestial beings. Yes, you ALL have many versions of your multidimensional self. The versions of your multidimensional self that you will first remember are the ones with whom you have been consciously or unconsciously communicating with for a “long time.” 

If you have been consciously communicating with your expanded SELF, you may or may not have recognized that they are higher dimensional expressions of your Multidimensional SELF. Once you realize that YOU, the one wearing the earth vessel, is just one of the myriad versions of your true, multidimensional self, the release of time will greatly accelerate. 

Then, you will gradually, or quickly, realize that you are going through the familiar process of growing up. However, with this “growing up” your body is not just maturing from an infant to a baby, to toddler, to a child, to a teen, to an adult. 

In this NOW you are growing literally UP – not in age but in dimension. In fact, once you move even into the mid-planes of the fourth dimension, you will realize how very child-like you were while limited to your third-dimensional reality. 

As your concepts of time are placed with NOW, your concepts of space are replaced by HERE. Some of you have chosen a slow, gradual progression of your “return to your Higher SELF.” Others have chosen a very swift alteration of your perception of time, as well as your perception of your own self.

However, no matter how gradually you chose your “return to SELF” to be, as Gaia’s return to Her fifth-dimensional SELF accelerates, all Her humans will need to release their attachment to third-dimensional time and space. 

Those who are not able to release the operating system of the third-dimensional matrix will remain on the third-dimensional matrix. This third-dimensional matrix has become too constricting for Gaia’s expanding frequencies of Earth. Therefore, she will shed this lower frequency, much like a hermit crab sheds a shell which it has outgrown. 

However, Gaia will not leave her “shell on the ocean floor” like a hermit crab. Instead, Her matrix will be relocated to another, younger planet whose primary resonance will remain in the third dimension for many millennia. Those who are only aware of the Gaia's third-dimensional matrix will have third-dimensional "time" to continue their process of returning to their Multidimensional SELF. 

On the other hand, those who remain with the higher and higher expressions of ascending Gaia will begin to slowly, or quickly, be aware that there are others who cannot share that belief in ascension. Those who have expanded their consciousness beyond their third-dimensional perceptions of reality will begin to have higher dimensional visions, thoughts, emotions, dreams, and experiences. 

These awakening ones will have these experiences because their perception of reality is expanding to encompass higher and frequencies of perceptions. Hence, those who wish to return to their Multidimensional SELF, and those who are not ready to make that shift, have already moved into very different lifestyles and versions of reality. 

Most of those who have chosen to return to their higher dimensional expression have already released people, places, and experiences that bind them to the third-dimensional matrix and third-dimensional illusions. Most of you, the Ascending Ones, have been aware of this release of lower dimensional desires, perceptions, and needs. 

In fact, many of these Ascending Ones have lived within an ever-accelerating process of “letting go” of that which binds you to the 3D Matrix. With the release of your former, third-dimensional limitations, you are discovering that “time” is increasingly collapsing into the NOW.

Within this NOW you are beginning to remember your higher dimensional expressions of self and your the higher dimensional realities in which these components of your Multidimensional SELF resides. 

In fact, many of you are connecting with your higher dimensional self either via meditation and/or other daily communications. At first, your third-dimensional brain doubted these communications were "real", but NOW your third-dimensional brain is beginning to expand into your multidimensional brain. 

This expansion of thought creates an expansion of perceptions. Therefore, many of you are increasingly seeking guidance from your own Higher Dimensional SELF. This inner guidance is preparing you for the shift from your third dimensional operating of time and separation into your multidimensional operating system of NOW and Unity with all life. 

Fortunately, your “individual” shifts are uniting into “waves of multidimensional energy fields and thought form.” As more and more of you participate in this collective experience, this “multidimensional wave” will be expanding enough to “grab the attention” of many of those have been trapped in the third-dimensional illusion. 

Therefore, we ask that you, the ones who are fully awakened and ready for active duty, to assist the newly awakening ones in whatever manner you chose before you took this incarnation. Yes, you, our volunteers to assist Gaia, wrote your own Mission Statements before you entered the earth vessel you are currently wearing. 

The first clue to remembering your own Mission Statement is that it will be about doing something that you LOVE to do. In fact, you will likely feel impelled and driven to “do” what you chose to “do” before you took this incarnation onto Gaia. 

We talk about what "YOU will “DO” because we, your Galactic Family, need your help. We do not need your help because we cannot “do it ourselves.”  NO, we need your help because Gaia is a “free will” planet. 

Therefore, the members of Gaia's planet must create their own reality. We know that to many of you it does not appear that you have created your own reality. But that is often because you lost your connection to your own inner knowing. 

Gaia chose a very difficult operating system of “free will.” Free will is beautiful when guided by your power-within self and by your own Unconditional Love. It is for this reason, that so many galactic and celestial beings are actively assisting Gaia. We discovered that humanity was too often lost in illusions of their third-dimensional reality. 

Hence, many of our emissaries of LIGHT have chosen to actually take a human body within your NOW to work from within the 3D operating system. It was a very long and difficult assignment for many of you, but you are now beginning to see the results. 

Whereas, once the “sightings” of our crafts brought terror and threats of war, these “sightings” are now welcomed with joy and hope. Dear members of Gaia’s ascending Earth, we commend you on your magnificent RETURN TO SELF.

Therefore, we are continuing our “Transmissions to Earth.” However, we are now sending the messages to you, who will translate these Light Language to your 3D language. We are presenting our messages in this fashion in order to encourage ALL of you to remember how YOU receive our Light Language, and how YOU translate our Light Language into your 3D language.

Hence, those who wish to return to their Multidimensional SELF have already moved into very different lifestyles and versions of reality from those who are not ready to make that shift. Most of those who have chosen to return to their higher dimensional expression have already released people, places, and experiences that bind them to the matrix. 

Most of you, the ascending ones, have been aware of this release. In fact, you have been within an ever-accelerating process of  “letting go” of that which binds you to the 3D Matrix. With the release of your former, third-dimensional limitations, you are discovering that “time” is increasingly collapsing into the NOW. 

Within that NOW, you are beginning to remember your higher dimensional expressions of reality. Fortunately, your “individual” shifts are uniting into a “wave of multidimensional energy fields and thought form.”

As more and more of you participate in this wondrous collective experience, this “multidimensional wave” is expanding enough to “grab the attention” of many who have been trapped in third-dimensional illusions. Therefore, we ask that you, the ones who are fully awakened and are ready for active duty, to assist the newly awakening ones in whatever manner you chose before you took this incarnation. 

You, our volunteers to assist Gaia, wrote your own Mission Statements before you entered the earth vessel you are currently wearing. In fact, you will likely feel impelled and driven to “do” what you have chosen to “do” before you took this form. 

We say, “DO” because we, your galactic family, need your help. We do not need your help because we cannot “do it ourselves.” We need your help because Gaia is a “free will” planet. Therefore, the members of Her planet must create their own reality. 

We know that, to many of you, it does not appear that you have created your own reality. But that is because you have become lost to the “power over others” virus that invaded Gaia’s operating system long, long ago. 

Gaia chose the very difficult operating system of “free will.” Free will is beautiful when guided by power-within self and unconditional love. However, that free will is very difficult when tainted by power-over others and fear-based emotions of control. It is for this reason, that so many galactic and celestial beings are actively assisting Gaia. 

We discovered that humanity was still too lost in illusion to believe our landings in your past decades. Hence, many of our emissaries of LIGHT have chosen to actually take a human body to work from within the 3D operating system. It was a very long and difficult assignment for many of us, but we are now beginning to see the results. 

Whereas once the “sightings” of our crafts brought on terror and threats of war, these “sightings” are now welcomed with joy and hope. Dear members of Gaia’s ascending Earth, we commend you on your magnificent RETURN TO SELF.

Therefore, we are continuing our “Transmissions to Earth.” In fact, we are now sending our messages to those who will translate our Light Language to their third-dimensional language. A Message from our Children

“All right!  All right!!  I will write my story like the Golden One told me to do. But if  I do write it, I will have to use another name so that no one will judge me—OOPS…  

“I did not mean to say that. I mean, that it might not be a good way to look at my self.  OOPS, again. I guess?

“What am I doing? Am I fighting with my own mind? Again, I am confused. I mean really confused about important things such as “Who am I?” and “How did I get here?”

It seems like I just got here, but it also feels like I have always been here. I am sorry if I am confusing you. I not a big author or anything. I am just trying to do...I am not sure what. I guess maybe I am trying to call and talk with my Higher Self. At least, I think it is my Higher Self who is talking with me and instructing me about what I am meant to do.

I know, how arrogant is it for a teenager to write about her relationship with her/my “Higher SELF”?  But, when I say what I just said, and I say too often, that there is something wrong with me and I need to “be better.”

However, whenever my “Higher Friend” comes to visit me, ALL my silly teenaged issues are so honored by this amazing being, that I just have to give myself some credit. I call it the Golden One because it looks golden to me. 

I do not know its name, and I don’t know if the Golden One is an “it.” In fact, I am not even sure that I am not just making this up. NO, I can’t go there, and start telling myself again that I am “just making it up,” 

If I start that it will make me doubt everything. I know that MY world, which is the world that is in my heart and mind, is not much like the world I see outside of me. However, at the same time, I know that I have come to this world for a reason. 

In fact, the first thing that I sense about this world, or likely it is just my imagination, you know—being a teenager and all that stuff. But, as I was saying, the first thing I felt about this Golden One world is that it is REAL.  

I know, I know, I am sounding very weird again. But, I am “weird.” I mean I have been communicating with beings that I can only see inside my self. Now, that is weird!

However, I have to start sharing my experiences with someone else, that is beside the “inner being” that I talk to.  However, they, the inner beings, are not just in me. The inner beings are all around me. In fact, sometimes I feel like I know these beings, but they are just beyond my perceptual field.

No, please don’t ask me what a “perceptual field” is?  Ok, Ok, I guess the inner beings, actually the Golden One, told me about my inner self. In fact, this inner Golden ONE told me to write down everything that it tells me. 

And why do I do what this Inner Being “suggests?” I guess it is because this inner Golden One talks to me like that, well, talks to me like I am someone really special. But I know that is NOT true. 

I mean, why would any “special being” want to be inside of me. I am just a teenager who is not that pretty, totally NOT athletic, not too popular, and only has the nerve to tell her—my—story on a  piece of paper. 

However, I am putting this message on the Internet, I think? I mean teenagers always put everything on the internet.  At least, I do!  Ah, I think that the Arcturians, that is the name of the ones that I talk to, want me to tell them, the other teenagers, about how I met the Arcturians.

I know, it seems way sooo conceited, that a regular, not too smart and not too pretty teenager would get to talk with Galactic Beings. That is the Arcturians that I talk to tell me that they are “Galactic Beings.”

I have not had the nerve, yet, to ask them what a “Galactic Being” means. “Galactic Beings” is what they call themselves. I guess that means there they are Beings that live in, or visit, our Milky Way Galaxy. 

I really need to do some research on all this weird stuff I am getting. But I have done some research. I even know that we are in the Milky Way Galaxy. I will put it below:

Where is Earth in the Milky Way?

For thousands of years, astronomers and astrologers believed that the Earth was at the center of our Universe. This perception was due in part to the fact that Earth-based observations were complicated by the fact that the Earth is embedded in the Solar System. It was only after many centuries of continued observation and calculations that humans discovered that the Earth (and all other bodies in the Solar System) actually orbit the Sun.

Much the same is true about our Solar System’s position within the Milky Way. In truth, we’ve only been aware of the fact that we are part of a much larger disk of stars that orbit a common center for about a century. And given that we are embedded within it, it has been historically difficult to ascertain our exact position. But thanks to ongoing efforts, astronomers now know where our Sun resides in the galaxy.

Size of the Milky Way:

For starters, the Milky Way is really, really big! Not only does it measure some 100,000–120,000 light-years in diameter and about 1,000 light-years thick, but up to 400 billion stars are located within it (though some estimates think there are even more). Since one light year is about 9.5 x 10¹² km (9.5 trillion km) long, the diameter of the Milky Way galaxy is about 9.5 x 10¹⁷ to 11.4 x 10¹⁷ km or 9,500 to 11,400 quadrillion km.

OK, I got that stuff off the Net, but don’t I get credit for the research? OH, the inner Light being is actually laughing. “Can inner beings laugh?” I wonder, what makes my inner Being laugh?

Oh, I just said “my inner being.” How conceited it that?

The Inner Being is smiling now. Please don’t ask me how I know that. 

However, I have never really done much research on anything, except on how to make me look better so I could get a boyfriend. But now, I finally got a boyfriend, and I am starting to think that it is too much work. I mean, I would rather talk with you. Whoever “you” are.

I know that sounds pretty weird as I can’t really see you, at least I can’t see you the way in which I see other things and other beings.  I am sorry to keep calling you a “being,” but I don’t know what else to call you.

I guess I should call you a “special being” because being with you is the only time that I feel special. I want to thank you for that because I know that all the stuff I go on about must be boring for you. 

You, the Higher One I talk to, seem totally solid and filled with love. However, I know that must be wrong because you are with me, and I do NOT deserve that kind of love…I think. I mean, I do try to be a good person and help others and stuff, but that does not seem good enough to be able to be around a special being like you.

I am not sure why I am so sure that you are special, but for the very first time in my life, I believe. I mean, I believe that there is something special that is about to, or actually is, happening. 

Why do I know this? I know I will have different questions and answers tomorrow, but for this NOW—That is what the Arcturians say—“For this NOW,” I am not sure what that “in this now” means, but the thought of that NOW makes me happy way down deep inside me. 

In fact, I am not sure what, or who, the Arcturians are, but they also make me feel secure and even happy. I can even feel, way down deep inside, that they are loving and kind. Oh well, I guess I will never know that. 

But, that sounds kind of pessimistic. Yes, I want to believe that someday, sometime, some lifetime, on some reality, I WILL KNOW. I don’t understand what I have been talking about, but it still seems to be very important to me. 

However, when I allow myself to listen to the part of me that is important—that is rather than the part of me that is insecure, angry and hurt—I can choose the part of me that is secure, happy and loving. 

Wow, that feels cool. But, trying not to end on a negative note, us teenagers and kids are starting to get worried about what kind of a world this will be by the time we are adults. I mean, it just is NOT fair that the adults get to destroy OUR future before we get our chance to live it!!

I wonder, if I get an answer to that question, will I listen to it, or will I get all wrapped up in daily life? Well, I am only a teenager. So what should I know? But, I don’t really believe that. In some way, I think we teenager are more awake than adults. 

The adults are all playing the money thing, working hard and raising kids. We teens ARE the kids. But, what I am starting to realize is that it is "we kids” that are going to “inherit” the Earth that our parents and current leaders are ruining. 

Why are they ruining our chances for the kind of life that they have had? Don’t they know that if they do not start thinking about what the planet wants, instead of what they want, we—their children—may not have a very habitable planet to live on?? 

Well! I do know that our generation is NOT going to allow that to happen. (I hope). This planet is where we, the humans, will grow up and live. Therefore, we, the children of Gaia, will stand up for ourselves before it is too late! 

At least, I hope, I pray, I meditate, that Please, Please, leave us, your children, the same kind of Earth that you have always had and that we, your children, want to experience when we are adults.

Well, I got to go now. I have to get ready for the football game and the dance afterward. OH, I so hope that when I have children, they will be able to do fun stuff like going to a  football game and to a party after the game. 

Sorry, if I have been a bit glooming or negative, but when I read all the stuff that says we—actually you—the adults, are harming Earth so much that we, your children will not be able to have a happy life. 

Can you adults please remember that whatever you do to assist Earth to heal, will allow us, your children to have a place where we can become adults. Then, hopefully, very hopefully, we—your children—will have a cool place where we can live, and hopefully, leave a wonderful planet for our children to grow up.

Well, I guess I will stop this silly message. I mean, do I really think that I, just a regular person, can make any kind of difference on such a large planet, with too many people that only care about themselves and have NO idea that Earth is a living being? 

I don’t know why I think I know that, but I DO know that I have to share this message with as many people as will listen. Yes, they will all listen—once it is too late. NO, we will NOT be too late to save dear Earth!!!   I hope.

BELIEVING YOUR INTER-DIMENSIONAL SELF 

The Arcturians through Suzanne Lie

We Arcturians, along with our dear friends the Pleiadians, always have messages for, our volunteers to take earth vessels. Our volunteers have been taking earth vessels for many millennia now, and are ready to assist humanity with their planetary transition/transmutation back to their Home Worlds in the higher fourth and fifth dimensions.

In fact, more and more of “the volunteers to assist Gaia” are remembering they're higher fourth and fifth-dimensional incarnations, as well as their multidimensional "Galactic Soul.”

Earth, also known as Gaia, is a very special planet, in that Earth, or “Gaia,” which is Her planetary ascension name, is aware that the process of “return” is soon to begin. Of course, “soon,” via Earth time is very different from “soon” via our galactic time. 

“Earth time” is created by the humans as a means to stay in touch with each other, to remember “when” it is "time" to go to work, get the kids off to school, and know when it is “time” to go to bed or wake up.

Within the ever-present NOW of the fifth-dimensional realities, “time” simply means “NOW.” Your seemingly different animals and birds know where to sleep, where to find food, how to build a nest or prepare a cave for their habitation, who to trust, and why they should trust them.

Unfortunately, too many humans have forgotten how to read Gaia’s elementals of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water in the manner that the “primitive ones” could read/interact with Gaia.

Why have humans lost this innate ability? Because they forgot! Humans forgot that all of Gaia’s reality is alive. Therefore, many humans forgot that ALL of Gaia’s Earth, Air, Fire, and Water need to be treated as if they are family—which of course they are. 

ALL of Gaia IS the human planetary family. Unfortunately, too many humans, the very ones who are offspring of their galactic lineage, are treating Gaia the same way that the “lost ones” of long ago treated Gaia. 

Our volunteers to take earth vessels have been taking earth vessels for many millennia now, and are always there to assist humanity with their planetary transition/transmutation. This planetary transition will, eventually, return Gaia, and all Her inhabitants, back to the higher states of consciousness of their higher fourth and fifth dimensions.

It is within these higher frequencies of reality that Gaia and Her inhabitants can return to their full Multidimensional, Galactic SELF. In fact, more and more of “the volunteers to assist Gaia” are remembering their higher fourth and fifth-dimensional incarnations. 

Yes, dear ones, you have many incarnations within the Higher SELF of your “Galactic Soul.” Earth is a very special planet, in that Gaia, which is Her planetary ascension name, is aware that the process of “return” is soon to begin.

Of course, “soon” via Earth time is very different from “soon” in our galactic time. Earth time is created (created by the humans) as a means to stay in touch with each other, get to work on time, get the kids off to school on time and to know when it is “time” to go to bed or wake up.

ALL of Gaia IS the human planetary family. One of the reasons why humans forget this fact is because of their third-dimensional perspectives of reality is limited. Fortunately, the “Silent Support” of one’s Inner SELF helps them to remember “something” that keeps them searching until they find that which is calling them from within.

“How will their Inner SELF help them?” you may ask. The answer is that one’s INNER Voice will help them to remember their Mission, which is their reason for taking an incarnation within this NOW.

More and more humans are beginning to AWAKEN to a vague, or perhaps a strong, memory, feeling, voice, image, that is calling them to look/feel deep inside their imagination, their love, their mission, and their greatest challenges. 

One may not understand exactly all that AWAKENING entails, but they likely will recognize the feeling of an inner message that is calling them to “pay attention.” “Pay attention to what?” is a common response. The answer to that question is to “Pay attention to the inner messages that seem to be coming from higher Beings, that you somehow realize are fifth dimensional or beyond.

Once they realize that this message is, in fact, a Multidimensional Message, likely from a higher dimensional aspect of their own Multidimensional SELF, they are confronted with the Inner Reality that they are preparing for the next stage of their RETURN  to SELF.  

As they move through, remember and realize that they are Multidimensional Beings, they begin to remember how, and from where, they volunteered to take a human earth vessel to save dear Gaia from destruction. 

The problem/challenge is that once they realize their true, Multidimensional SELF, they are faced with the challenge of how to incorporate these higher dimensional frequencies into the  “Conscious Awareness” of their physical SELF.

Most of you have been trained in your third, and even, fourth-dimensional frequencies of SELF, to think that you are “just humans from Earth.”  However, whether or not you are ready, many of you are awakening to the “Reason for this current Incarnation.”

You are beginning to remember your “Reason for Incarnation,” because you are aware enough to recognize the urgency in which you MUST address the great damage that humans have done to poor, beloved Gaia. 

When you allow yourselves to go into your fourth-dimensional memory, you will realize that Gaia is much more than a big rock known as a planet. In fact, you will “remember” moments and experiences in our life in which we had a strong, fourth-dimensional experience. 

Perhaps this experience occurred during a dream, a peak experience, and/or the memory of your Higher Dimensional SELF, but in every case, whether you know it or not, you ARE ready to expand your consciousness, as well as your conscious identification of your SELF.

In other words, more and more are becoming aware of the sensation that you have only been using a very small portion of your potential. As more and more of you realize this and tell others that all of YOU can greatly expand your consciousness, which will greatly expand your perceptual field.

By “perceptual field” we mean the perceptions of reality that each of you believes is “real,” and not just “a dream,” or just your “imagination.”  If you had 10 windows, but eight windows were covered with a heavy curtain, you would have a “restricted perceptual field.”

In other words, you would know that there IS something OUT there that you cannot see because you have limited your belief in your potential to “open that curtain” and allow the LIGHT to enter. Whether you remember it or not, all of our volunteers to assist Gaia have been called to remember and share the higher dimensional truths that they have been receiving.

You receive these messages in many different ways, such as hearing, seeing, experiencing, dreaming and/or using the great power of your IMAGINATION. It is your “imagination” that allows you to expand your brain beyond the limitations of your “outer indoctrination” of, “ How do you know that?  What a crazy thing to say? What is wrong with you?” comments.

Of course, less and less humans are doubting and judging those who “believe,” “perceive” and/or “remember” their higher dimensional experiences. These higher dimensional dreams, ideas, memories, goals, and services to others, are awakening the concept that “there is MUCH more to our reality than we have been aware of.”

In fact, more and more people are becoming aware of “a reality” that comes into their dreams and imaginations which is based on Unconditional Love and Divine Light.  Some people may be frightened that they could perceive a higher dimensional reality. 

Therefore, because they are afraid, their consciousness is too low for them to open their Third Eye and High Heart enough to enjoy these higher dimensional perceptions. However, those who cannot imagine a higher dimensional reality, will not be able to perceive it by fully awakening to the messages that are WITHIN themselves. 

Often, these experiences and messages seem far above humanity’s perception. However, if one can let go and let love for all life enter their consciousness, their perceptual range will begin to encompass the fifth dimension.

Fifth-dimensional messages often occur to remind one that the being with whom they are communicating, resonates to a higher frequency of reality. These “higher dimensional beings” will remind them that they, too, are higher dimensional beings.

However, the memory of their own Higher Dimensional SELF can only occur when one loves themselves enough to believe that they could be a higher being resonating to a higher frequency of reality.

Often the reason for this forgetting is because they all had to lower their consciousness in order to wear a third-dimensional earth vessel. “Why would they do that?” those who forgot may say.

We will tell you that it was a great sacrifice for our fifth-dimensional warriors to reside within a third-dimensional vessel. However, they volunteered to do so because they could more directly communicate, and assist the lost ones to remember that they had also taken a lower frequency vessel in order to assist Gaia with Her Planetary Ascension.

These brave Galactic volunteered to assist Gaia to expand Her energy field to encompass the higher frequencies that resonate to the higher fourth and fifth-dimensional octaves of reality. 

Yes, Gaia does resonate to the fifth dimension, but one’s third/fourth-dimensional consciousness cannot perceive that frequency of reality. However, as humans remember their true, Multidimensional SELF, they will regain their memory as well as the conscious awareness of their higher dimensional realities on the fourth, fifth and beyond dimensions.

Dear Gaia tires of restricting Her Planetary SELF to the low resonance of the third/fourth dimensions. Gaia, as well many other beings on Earth, are realizing that, if they can open the “curtain of forgetfulness” they will be able to perceive the fourth, higher fourth and fifth-dimensional octaves of Gaia.

Think of a huge Hotel. When people come to visit this “Earth Hotel”, they can decide what dimension of reality they want to “check into” in that upcoming incarnation. So often humans only think of themselves as “alive” when they are wearing a third-dimensional vessel.

The truth is that ALL humans are Multidimensional. Therefore, they can experience any reality that they wish by matching the frequency of their consciousness, and thus perceptions, to resonate at the frequency of the many different frequencies/version of any given reality. 

Unfortunately, many humans can only believe that which they see, hear, or feel with the third-dimensional aspect of their multidimensional self. The entire multidimensional body is already, awake and aware, but one can only perceive that which they believe. 

Therefore, their perceptual field is limited to the lower dimensional perceptions of the third and fourth dimensions of reality. The problem is that many humans, if not most humans, can only perceive the frequency of reality that they are able to accept into their consciousness.  

One can perceive the third dimension via their third-dimensional consciousness. Therefore, they have a third-dimensional perceptual field. To be able to perceive a higher dimensional reality, such as the fifth dimension, one will need to expand their brain resonance to the fifth dimension and beyond. 

Humanity has learned and has been trained, to only perceive that which they are ready to perceive. Therefore, if they do NOT believe that perception is REAL, they can wipe it from their memory. 

On the other hand, if one can allow the great power of their innate “imagination,” they will be able to expand their perceptual field into higher and higher frequencies of reality. We, your Galactic Family, are supporting you in your “memory of your Multidimensional SELF.” If you have doubt in your ability to expand your perceptual field, please contact us.
