I found the below article, which I wrote many years ago. In fact, it was so many years ago that I cannot remember the date. However, it must have been in the early 1980s.
Today, this article came into my attention. I remember writing in my "Journal of Creating New Earth," a series of writings I had just written, but I have no idea where they are now. I did not have a computer at that time, so it is one of many boxes in my garage.
However, I guess I was supposed to remember something about that time, as this article from my past suddenly came to my attention. I have learned over the many years of communicating with the Galactics that if I do not write down what I have received, my 3D brain would NOT remember it.
Therefore, I have pens and paper all over the house and in the car--just in case a message comes in for me to share with all the wonderful Ascending Ones. But, back to the beginning in which my initial messages came to me via my sleep.
As soon as I woke up, I would write down the message and/or dream. I often got out of bed and went to the other room to write it down on paper. I did not have a computer at that time, as this was before home computers were common.
It was a leap of faith for me to give this kind of attention to an inner message, but I have had these "inter-dimensional meetings" for most mornings since that time. However, for many years I kept my messages to my self. I had been communicating with unseen (that is unseen to others) beings since I could remember. Therefore, it was not unusual to me, but I did not tell others for quite a while.
Then I discovered that others had been talking about these changes for weeks, and I have read every word. What if these messages were true? What if we were free at last? What if we are truly Going Home? After a long dream of being in someone else’s house and realizing it was time for me to leave and go to my own house, I woke up at 5:55 with the words: “Transmissions from Home.”
When I heard the words, “transmissions from Home,” I saw a man sitting at a desk, like a newscaster. He was blond and had on a uniform, which looked like a uniform of a Galactic Being. His uniform was white and gold with an insignia over his heart. There were also golden adornments on his shoulders and his collar was straight up, like a military uniform. In fact, it was like a Dress Military Uniform, but not from our military.
I got up and went into my office to get this transmission. I opened my computer, which was one of the very first home computers, created a new word file and wrote, “I am ready for your transmission now. Would you please send me your message?”
The answer that I wrote was:
“Dearest members of Earth, we are the members of the Galactic Federation speaking to you today to tell you that our landings have begun. We come first to our awakened ones during their dreams and meditations. We are here to speak to all who can hear so that we can prepare you. Then, you can prepare others.
“You have been hearing many messages from your Internet about the great changes that are about to commence regarding the removal of those who have created harm and chaos due to their selfish ways. These words are true. This is why we have come to you today. We have come into the dreams and meditations of our grounded/ascending ones to validate that the messages you have been receiving are true.
“We first come into your consciousness in such a vivid fashion that you cannot deny or call your experience “only my imagination” or “just a dream.” The formal commencement of your Return Home has been a long-awaited dream. You have dared not believe that the time was here because it would be too painful to be disappointed again.
“We tell you NOW that your “imagination” and “dreams” are correct. This day/night of April-11-2012 we are broadcasting this message to all our ascending ones and telling you to prepare for your return. We instantly hear in your hearts, “But we have heard these words before and prepared so many times. How can we build our expectation and then be disappointed AGAIN?”
PS. the above was true. No landings yet. But, it does appear that more and more humans are awakening. Now back to my first message:
“We have read your minds and it is because of these thoughts that we have come into your consciousness to speak to each of you in an individual manner. We wish to tell each dear member of our Earth Team that your process of ascension has begun in earnest.
“Today, 4-11-12, the secret arrests have begun across the world, and those who have sought power over humanity for eons have lost! ( I am sure that we all wish that had happened. Perhaps in some way we do not know it did??) Yes, they have lost their power, they have lost their money and, most important, they have lost their ability to strike fear into your hearts and minds.
(We do NOT have power over their power or their money, but we DO have the inner power to NEVER allow these lost ones to "strike fear into our hearts and minds!!)
“Of course, there are still many earth ones who linger in fear because they cannot accept that that which they always desired is NOW theirs to behold. (I think they meant to "behold in our consciousness, thought, and deeds.)
We, your Galactic Family) have come to you today to tell you to prepare to accept these changes with LOVE. Do NOT allow ANY fear to enter your being, for fear is the tool of the dark ones. Hence, we are speaking personally to all of you, as doubt is the best tool of fear.
“We know that many of you will not, yet, realize that you have received this message, but be patient, and you will remember that you have personally received our guarantee that ‘IT HAS BEGUN.’ We know that there are many levels of that simple statement, so we will give you more details.
What has begun is the removal of those who have stood in the way of your joy of ascension since the time leading up to the fall of Atlantis. Atlantis was to open many light portals so that the next 13,000 years could progress into planetary ascension. It was the Divine Plan that there would be myriad personal ascensions when Atlantis was at the peak of its society. However, the forces of darkness and destruction were able to block that Divine Plan.
Many of you who now live on Gaia’s surface, was incarnated then and died in service to Gaia. Hence, many of you are “wounded warriors” and have carried that wounding through the next 13,000 years of incarnations.
Worse yet, the dark ones—the Atlantian Brothers of Biel—appeared to have won the battle between light and dark and planetary destruction reigned for many millennia. Therefore, dark ones had successfully “culled the heard,” by killing millions of humans. This culling of the herd has been the intention of the dark ones again. This time, YOU, the Forces of Light have won!
“You, our grounded warriors, have been joining us night after night in your higher dimensional bodies to assist us with our plans and arrangements. Then, you have awakened in the morning to your earth vessel to begin yet another day in the third dimension.
“Do you see now why you have been so very tired? Your sleep has not been restful because you have chosen to assist us in your higher bodies while your third-dimensional form regenerated. We want you to know that you all will begin to feel better soon!
“There is still much “mopping up” to be done, which you are all happily joining in on while your earth vessel sleeps. However, very soon, your “sleep” will NOT be spent battling the forces of darkness but preparing New Earth for IMMEDIATE OCCUPANCY.
“Yes, we do mean "immediate" because our Earth Warriors, YOU, have tenaciously served our ranks to complete this cycle of destruction by spending your “sleep” time constructing New Earth. Many of you have chosen to NOT remember your “dreams” in which you served Earth by working hard to remove that which has tried to halt Gaia’s transmutation.
“Therefore, you needed to forget your “night shift,” as you had to awaken to the third dimension and go back to WORK again. Many of our grounded warriors have been experiencing illness because of their constant service. On the other hand, some of your illnesses have been symptoms of transformation.
“Your service to the ONE is initiating your return to Lightbody. Hence, your physical bodies feel like a form that has grown too small and restrictive. Therefore, you wish only to rest and “shed your old skin” as if you were a snake. In fact, we encourage you to rest as much as possible because soon you will be called upon to calm the fears of those who are un-awakened and unaware.
“We need you, the Earth-based members of our Galactic and Angelic Realms, to carry the ever-accelerating light so that you can better channel your unconditional love to other incarnated ones. Those who are uninformed may suffer fear, and the best antidote for fear is multidimensional truth and unconditional love.
Thus, we send to each and every one of you the truth of Planetary Ascension and the Unconditional Love that flows from the heart of our Galactic Center.
“Our Milky Way Galaxy is being cleared of polarity NOW and Earth, the schoolroom for myriad inter-galactic civilizations, is a pivotal planet in this “righting of the ship.” With the release of polarity, the wobbling rotation of Gaia can be corrected and Earth can “spin” into the higher frequencies of New Earth.
“Our message today is to tell you that the tide is turning. Release the fear and restrictions of the old NOW and Embrace your joy of creating New Earth. Your personal and planetary ascension is well underway!
“We remind you that ‘time’ is an illusion of the third dimension. Hence, the NOW of which we speak can only be experienced through your fifth-dimensional consciousness. Remember dear “Away Team” that :

Theta Wave Meditation
Theta Brainwaves (4-7 cps) occur in sleep and are dominant in your highest state of meditation. Normally, you will only consciously experience Theta Waves as you drift off to sleep, during some dreams, and as you return from the depths of Delta Sleep.
During Theta Wave Consciousness, which is best achieved via deep meditations, or in a waking dream where vivid imagery flashes before your inner vision. In this state, you are extremely receptive to information sent from the higher dimensions.
The "Shamanic State of Consciousness," which is theta brainwaves, allows you to journey into the higher planes. The steady-rhythmic beat of the drum struck four and one-half times per second (Theta Brainwaves are 4-7 cps) is the key to transporting a Shaman into the deepest part of Shamanic trance.
The constant and rhythmic-drone of Tibetan Buddhist chants that transport the monks and other listeners into realms of blissful meditation also follow this rhythm. Through Theta Wave meditation, you can open your Third Eye and access the Delta Waves that unite us all with Universal Energy and Galactic Consciousness.
You can then also access your newly discovered extremely high and low brainwaves of Gamma, Hyper Gamma, Lambda, and Epsilon. Theta waves have also been identified as the gateway to learning and memory.
Theta meditation increases creativity, enhances learning, reduces stress and awakens intuition as well as other extrasensory perception skills. Theta consciousness allows you to connect with your creative inspirations, spiritual guidance, and peak experiences.
Theta consciousness opens the portal into the fourth/fifth dimension and beyond. Hence, while in theta consciousness you can receive, and even understand, stimuli from the higher dimensions while also being aware of the physical world.
This reception of multidimensional stimuli is natural for Theta consciousness, but it is very rare for your every day, Beta Brainwaves and difficult for your Alpha Brainwave thinking. You can learn to pass the multidimensional information received while you are in Theta Meditation on to your Alpha Wave consciousness so that you can translate the information into the 3D, sequential time/space.
If you draw a picture, write it down, sing, dance, or move to that stimuli, you can then train your mind to “decipher” the messages.
THETA WAVE MEDITATION
Breathe in and out through your nose.
• With your in-breath, sniff-up like you would smell a flower, but extend the inhale.
• Exhale through your nose while you feel your breath move across the roof of your mouth.
• Concentrate on that sound as you exhale.
• Now, imagine that your exhale is going out through the mandala in the center of your Third Eye.
• Next, imagine that you are inhaling through your Heart Chakra and exhaling through your Third Eye until you feel completely grounded.
• When you are ready, begin to imagine that you are inhaling through your Crown Chakra and exhaling through your Third Eye.
Focus ONLY on the sound of your inhale and exhale, as well as any inner visions.
• Passively observe your thoughts as they pass across your mind, Then RELEASE them with your next exhale.
• Calmly allow ALL emotions to come into your awareness, Then RELEASE them with your next exhale.
• Focus only on the sound of your breath and your inner visions.
• ALLOW your inner vision to gradually revolve and/or alter.
• If you are having extraneous thoughts, place them in the background, while you place your attention on your breath and Inner Vision.
• Repeat this exercise for five or ten minutes.
CONGRATULATIONS
Whatever your experience was, give yourself credit for taking the “time” for your SELF. It is the constant dedication to awakening your SELF that is important. Different people have different forms of meditation, according to their personality. Some may need to have more active meditation, such as running, dancing or playing an instrument.
However, most of these activities can’t be done with your eyes closed; and you need to close your eyes and shut out the outer stimuli to reach Theta Wave. Therefore, you can try exercising, doing yoga, singing, playing an instrument, etc., before you sit down for a short meditation. This will allow your body a chance to “work out” its tension and more easily “hold still.”
The most important thing is that you chose to participate in the process of awakening to your true, Multidimensional SELF. I, Gaia, appreciate your effort and KNOW that you shall find that for which you seek. Remember, dear ones, it is in the journey that you find fulfillment.
Release your third-dimensional programming of “trying for a goal.” You are all perfect in this moment. You needn’t TRY.
Instead, people of my body, REMEMBER who you already ARE!
