10 PHASES OF THE ASCENSION PROCESS

1)    Downloading the multidimensional light and unconditional love that is entering us through our Crown and settling in to our opened Third Eye and High Heart.

(It is this download that creates our awakening and is documented in the Integration Section of my website.)

2)    Loving that light and love so much that we can allow it to travel into the hidden darkness and fear of our deepest subconscious self.

(It is this part that brings on our “Final Initiation,” which begins of process of becoming Lightbody.)

3)    Allowing the multidimensional light to reveal this fear to our conscious self and using the unconditional love to heal and set it free.

(This is when we begin the true WORK of being a Lightworker. We are called Light-Workers because it often feels like work to remain conscious of our fear and replace it with unconditional love. We have a long habit of accepting fear as a natural consequence of life on the third dimension. Once we realize that we have a tool to release that fear, we must create the new “habit” of ALWAYS remembering to identify fear and replace it with unconditional love.

 It does not matter if the source of fear is our own inner emotion or the fear of a person or situation in our 3D world. The truth is that there is no difference between our inner and outer lives because we are the creators of our life. As we enter our fifth dimensional reality, we realize that we have the power to choose to transmute ALL fear into unconditional love and multidimensional light.)

4)    Through the process of revealing and healing our fear with light and love, we learn unconditional love and detached compassion for our physical body, reality, experiences and persistent reactionary patterns (behaviors) that we formerly identified as our grounded self.

(At this point we begin to perceive ourselves as being our Multidimensional SELF who is having an experience of being physical. The challenge here is that we have volunteered to remain in our earth vessel for the duration of the Planetary Ascension. We are now Ascended Masters who still carry an earth vessel. Our greatest challenge at this point is to remember to remember that WE ARE ASCENDED within our consciousness. This is when our living in two worlds becomes more and more evident.

We are having many vision, dreams and meditations of our True Life in the higher worlds. These experiences are wonderful, indeed, but they can cause us depression or lower emotions such as fear and anger that we have to return to the illusions of polarized reality. Therefore, we need to remember to remember that only the small component of our great Multidimensional SELF inhabits the third dimension. Furthermore, we are greatly honored to be able to have this grounded expression of our SELF, as it gives us the ability to intimately participate in this wonder experience of Personal and Planetary Ascension.)

5)    As we integrate the multidimensional light, unconditional love and detached compassion into our consciousness and our physical body, we begin the activation of our Lightbody.

(When our Lightbody gets activated, we begin to have many symptoms of transformation. Our physical mind is concerned that something is wrong because something is different. Our physical reality has taught us that “different” is “wrong” for many thousands of years. Therefore, when we become different, we may think that we are be sick or hurt. In fact, all of our “archived pain” is coming to the surface along with lower frequency memories of this life and of our alternate realities. We must then remember that we are releasing those memories.

We had stored those memories in our subconscious because we needed to transmute them as a process of our ascension, but then we forgot about them. However, as our multidimensional memory comes online due to our activation of the Lightbody, we begin to remember what we have forgotten. Can we love those fear-based experience of our “past’ so that we can finally set them free from our consciousness? We can only do this if 1) we believe we are RELEASING the memories rather than HAVING them; and 2) if we can love ourselves inspite of all we what we have created and experienced over myriad lifetimes.

Every lifetime has been a dress rehearsal for our Ascension. Therefore, when we must put things into perspective, do we want to miss the experience of Personal and Planetary Ascension because we are living in the past? On the other hand, can we totally release the past like old shoes that once served us but no long fit.  We no longer fit in the 3D Matrix. Our consciousness is too expanded and is being attracted away from the Matrix towards the feel of the multidimensional light and unconditional love of the ONE.

Our challenge at this time is to find the balance of moving our consciousness, as well as our body, into unknown territories/frequencies with only the force of our own inner feelings as a compass. This shift in attention from the third/fourth dimensional worlds and into the fifth dimensions and beyond sounds like a tall task. However, do we dare with miss this opportunity to be a part od creating a new higher frequency reality?

What could be more important that?

Are our jobs more important?

Are our personal ambitions more important?

Are the duties of daily life more important?

 It is easy to be pulled into our 3D Habits and forget this experience of transmutation that threatens our sanity. However, as we continue to download the light and awaken our Lightbody, the illusions of the 3D Game, which once held up captive, are masked over by the love and glory of New Earth.
