Dear Arcturians,
Please assist us to remember our true, Multidimensional SELF.

Dear Multidimensional Ones,

We the Arcturians, wish to tell you that in order to remember your true Multidimensional SELF you will need to understand what and who your Multidimensional Self is. To put it simply, your Multidimensional SELF is the composition of all the expressions of your SELF in all the different frequencies of reality in which you have a form. 

Unfortunately, many of Gaia's third dimensional humans have difficulty in believing that they have a different expression of their Multidimensional SELF on every different frequency of reality. In fact, much of humanity has a difficult time believing that there is such a being as a "fifth dimensional Galactic SELF." 

How could some component of their self be able to remember, and communicate with their "higher self" if they do not even believe in a "Higher Dimensional SELF." Let us now describe what we mean by your Higher Dimensional SELF. 

Your "Higher SELF" is difficult for your third dimensional self to believe in because they cannot find a physical proof for the concept of  a"higher self." Since they cannot perceive their Higher SELF via their third dimensional perceptual field, they often have difficulty realizing, or even wondering if, there may be a component of their human self that resonates to a frequency that cannot be easily viewed by all. 

"Why can't I see my Higher Self?" they may ask. We, the members of your Galactic Family will often answer that question first with a vivid dream. Therefore, if one is eager to find out about their Higher SELF, it would be very helpful to begin by writing or even saying your dreams as soon as you awaken. We say, "as soon as you awaken" because your third dimensional awakenings self, will often quickly forget your dreams.

Your third dimensional self has a manner of perceiving your reality as it appears in your every day human, 3D self. Therefore, in order for you to remember your dreams of your higher dimensional experiences, you will need to write down the dream as soon as you are awake enough to grab and pen or pencil and write down wha you can remember of your most recent dream.

We say, "Your most recent dream" as the longer it takes for your to write down the message, the greater chance there is that you will forget your dream/inter-dimensional communication.  An "inter-dimensional communication" is when your mind is open enough to accept a new experience that you have not had within your own third dimensional awake self.

We say, "awakened self" as your "sleeping self" is able to experience higher frequencies of reality than you third dimensional self can accept. In fact, your third dimensional awake self, may say, "OH that was just a dream," and never even consider that while their 3D body is was, they were having  a higher dimensional experiences, which they may, or may not, remember.

A "higher dimensional experience" is different from a third dimensional experience. A third dimensional experience, as well as your third dimensional thoughts and feelings, are learned from the other humans  and beings in your third dimensional reality.

On the other hand, while the third dimensional frequency of you physical body is sleeping, you often have "dreams" about certain persons, places, and/or situations."  Then when you wake up you may say, "Wow that was a cool dream." 

But what if it was not JUST a cool dream? What if that, "cool dream," was actually a higher dimensional experience that you were able to "remember" after you "woke up" in your third dimensional reality? However, if you do not take a moment to write down that dream, or document that dream in some manner, you may find that you cannot remember very much of that dream. 

Why do dreams often leave your mind once you wake up?  One possible reason, as there could be uncountable reasons each person may have a different reason for not remembering. However,  the "not remembering" is often  because your "state of consciousness" during sleep is usually very different from your state of while your are awake.

Many humans need to "jump out of bed" to quickly prepare for their day. It is in the hustle and bustle of "preparing for your day" it is every easy to remember the dream or dreams that you had while you were sleeping.  However, if you can keep a pen and paper next to your bed and jot down what parts of your dream that you do remember, you may be able to carry the important symbols and portions of your dream that you would like to explore more deeply. 

In fact, exploring your dreams, is much like exploring your own inner self. You inner self is the "you" that interfaces between your 3D physical self and your Higher Dimensional SELF. It is often during your dreams that you begin to connect to your Higher SELF.  Therefore, if you keep paper and pen by your bed, you can write down as much of your dream as you can still remember.  

In fact, once you start writing down your dreams, you may remember parts of your "sleeping experiences" more and more easily. One reason why it may be easier to remember your dreams is because you can "check on what your dream showed you" and note how those concepts and other dreaming experiences are also occurring in your awake life. 

Sometimes, your "dream body," who can more easily interface with your Third, and Fourth dimensional SELF. In other words, some times you can remember your dreams more easily, and some dreams may even feel like they are following your consciousness during your daily life. Often these dreams can give greater insight for your daily waking life. 

And, sometimes, a dream will stay "awake in your mind" until you take the take to listen and understand what that dream was telling you. If you do not have time to write down your entire dream, perhaps can jot down some of the images, experiences, or conversations, that came into your dream life. Then, you may even be able to see how your "inner  sleeping life" can influence your "outer awake life." 

When we say, "Inner Life" we mean memories, desires, and experiences that you had in your dreams, and/or meditations, which actually assist you to more deeply understand, or become directed to manifest, these desires, and/or directions from your "Inner/Higher SELF" which you normally would forget in the run of preparing for your daily life.

If you could awaken early, or find a time during your day, or your evening to make it a "habit" to tune into your own Inner/Higher SELF, you will begin to realize that you are NEVER alone because your own inner guidance is actually your  BEST FRIEND!

We, the Arcturians, are always available because we resonate beyond the frequency of time as you know time in your third dimensional reality. Your third dimensional "time" is based on the movements of your third dimensional planet as it circles around your Sun. 

We, the Arcturians, resonate to the higher frequencies of reality in which we experience the NOW of the ONE. In fact, we the Arcturians exist as ONE as we live within the ever-present of the NOW! 

We wish to share our reality with all life via that NOW of our ONE!  

Some day, when you are visiting one of our Star Ships, 

you will fully remember how to live within the NOW of the ONE.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE

YOU are ALWAYS with your 
Higher Dimensional SELF

In fact, whether or not you are thinking in terms of your daily third dimensional self, or your meditative and creative, fourth dimensional self, or even you fifth dimensional Galactic Self, all of these are different versions of your deeply complex and more highly evolved, Multidimensional SELF. 

Your Multidimensional SELF is able to commune and communicate with your Third Dimensional, Physical SELF, through the creative forces of your Fourth Dimensional dreams and imaginations,  so that you are more and more able to remember your Fifth Dimensional Galactic self.

We, the members of your Higher Dimensional Reality, are components of your every day life. Whether or not, you are aware of that fact in our Third Dimensional daily reality, there is always a component of your total being who is the YOU in one or more of the versions of your Multidimensional SELF. 

In fact, it is often the many obligations and changes that Gaia is experiencing, as well as all of Gais's many beings who are within this NOW preparing the Human Ones who are ready, to realize that there are many different frequencies of Gaia's  Earth Elementals , of Gaia Air Elementals, of Gaia's Are Fire Elementals, and of Gaia's Water Elementals. 

It is these Elementals, who are rarely recognized as the "building blocks" of your third dimensional planet on which you live. Also, within this NOW as more and more humans that are becoming aware of the fact that ALL of Gaia's planet is a LIVING BEING.  No, the living being known as Gaia is not in a human form. In fact, there are many vital  components of Gaia's planetary SELF that are NOT human. 

Of course, Gaia is very aware that ALL of Her beings are a component of her Planetary Body. In fact, Gaia's Planetary Body is as "alive" in the same manner as the Human Body or the bodies of the plants, the animals, the birds, the fish and even the water, and the sky, that surrounds and protect Gaia. There are also many fifth dimensional expressions of you own human selves that communicate with you when you are sleeping or meditating. 

In the same manner that humans often cannot perceive what is around them because they do not take the time to LOOK, By taking the time to look at their outer reality, humans would gain even more and more if they would also look at their own Inner SELF, their own Consciousness, their own Dreams and their own dreams and aspirations as a component of their human SELF and also as components of Gaia's own planetary SELF.

Floating Thought Forms

Nothing in Nature travels alone. 
All Life is intertwined.

We all work on an elemental level. The elementals are the foundation of all matter. The elementals create the frequency of matter, which is the frequency of our thought forms, the frequency of our brainwaves, and the frequency of our consciousness.

Floating thought forms flow through the air, float on the water, dance in the fire and settle on the earth. These thought forms are trying to enter the 3D Game. There are the thought forms from the lost ones that saturate your world with indoctrinations of anger and fear. 


Fortunately, there is an ever-increasing amount of loving, multidimensional thought forms that you, our volunteer away team, have created while being grounded members of planet Earth. In order to shift Earth’s 3D Matrix, a certain percentage of Earth inhabitants must be willing to create the ‘antidote’ to the thought forms filled with anger and fear.

Unconditional love and the Violet Fire are your tools for the transformation of life on planet Earth. Unconditional love is NOT like conditional love. Conditional love is easily influenced by darkness because it wants to get something.

If you can sing that voice into your life, you will transmute your perceptions beyond third dimensional separation and into the higher dimensional unity of your Multidimensional SELF. Your Multidimensional SELF can easily perceive the Multidimensional Matrix that glistens just beyond the illusions of the 3D Matrix.

But how do you enter these thought forms, which are also realities? You can enter each "Thought Form/Possible Reality by matching your state of consciousness with the resonance of that thought form.

Sending out multidimensional thought forms that are filled with Unconditional Love and Multidimensional Light create that antidote. It is, of course, tempting to meet darkness with anger and fear. However, that reaction only “feeds the beast.”

Also, all fearful thought forms can easily manipulate your third dimensional brain. Hence, it is vital that you connect with your multidimensional mind. Your multidimensional mind can easily expand your consciousness beyond the reach of the negative thought forms that can only survive in the third and lowest fourth dimensions.

Unfortunately, many brainwashed humans are like children sitting in front of their computer, television and/or newspaper ready to soak in the daily reports from the dark ones. These fear-filled messages invade their consciousness and cast them into fear, anger and revenge.

You, our dear ascending ones, have the responsibility to focus your Unconditional Love and Violet Fire onto the lower frequency thought forms to love them free and transmute them into light. 

On the other hand, unconditional love only seeks to give something. Conditional love creates a thought form of fear wrapped in the illusion of love. On the other hand, Unconditional Love creates a thought form of selfless love wrapped in multidimensional light.

Those who have only received conditional love may not even know that Unconditional Love exists. In fact, many humans have even had the experience that spiritual love is filled with fear, anger and revenge. Fortunately, many members of our Galactic and Celestial Family have bi-located into human forms to re-direct humanity back to the message of true, Unconditional Love and Multidimensional light.

Because conditional love often is manipulative, and seeks to GET something, that thought form may “look” like love, but if feels like anger or fear. On the other hand, Unconditional Love is free of all manipulation because the giver only wants to GIVE. Thus that thought form makes you feel confident and empowered.

You, our ascending ones, have returned to wear an earth vessel to play out the 3D video game for each lesson that is still uncompleted within your personal earth matrix. There are also many of you who have volunteered to take an earth vessel so that you can assist Gaia with Her Planetary Ascension. It is the NOW to finally “win” this "video game."

As you begin to win your personal video game, you realize that this is a unity game because an entire planet is ready to transmute beyond the 3D Game of conditional love and into the fifth dimensional reality of unconditional love.

This 3D video game has been playing too long and it has become corrupted with conditional love, which has made many humans very easy to manipulate. It is for this reason that we, your Galactic and Celestial family, have sent the higher expressions of your Multidimensional SELF to log in to the 3D game.

Your human self is the video’s “avatar,” and YOU are you in a higher frequency of reality guiding your avatar to win the game by transmuting conditional love into Unconditional Love. As you suddenly, or slowly, download the Unconditional Love of your Higher SELF into your personal 3D Matrix, you also download that Unconditional Love into the planetary 3D matrix.

While you move through the process of transmutation from conditional love to Unconditional Love, you also assist the third dimension planet to transmute into a fifth dimension planet. The key to transmutation is unconditional love because as it fills the 3D Matrix, it transmutes that matrix into its higher dimensional expressions.

While you are logged into Earth’s 3D Matrix, you are attached to that matrix. Hence, as you transmute your personal energy field into its higher dimensional expression, you also transmute Gaia’s planetary energy field. It is for this reason that we asked you to, our volunteers, to take a third dimensional earth vessel.

You see, as you expand into your personal Higher Dimensional SELF, you facilitate Gaia’s ability to expand into Her planetary Higher Dimensional SELF. Just as the third dimension is too low of a frequency to maintain unconditional love, the fifth dimension is too high a frequency to accept conditional love.

Also, the unconditional love of your fifth dimensional SELF serves as a magnet to those who can contain that multidimensional energy field while still wearing an earth vessel. As this personal and planetary transmutation slowly crosses the threshold of humanities conscious awareness, each of you will have different signs of high frequency overload. It behooves you to identify your personal symptoms.

When you recognize the feeling of the Higher Dimensions entering your earth vessel, you can more easily identify the components of your third dimensional thought, emotions, actions, habits and indoctrinations that are resisting that download. In this manner, you will discover what component of your third dimensional self is blocking your transmutation by putting you into energetic overload.

Once you recognize your own "inner saboteur," you can send Unconditional Love to any components of your self that has become lost in the third dimension. Sending Unconditional Love to your wounded ego will expand your consciousness beyond the frequency of those old energy patterns and reset your intentions from third dimensional to Multidimensional. 

However, somewhere in the flurry of 3D life, your Higher SELF can get lost and your wounded ego can jump back in the drivers seat. That is not bad, bad being a 3D term, but you must keep checking in with your ego. Your third dimensional self is basically your Inner Child, as it was the first vision of you Multidimensional SELF who entered into the 3D Game/Matrix.

You could not understand as much “language” then, but you could read thought forms much more proficiently than you can as an adult. Unfortunately, most of you forgot your innate ability to understand, read and, enter thought forms because you went to third-dimensional schools.

Fortunately you wrote into your “pre-birth contract” that you are ready to expand beyond the third dimensional frequency of the reality that you initially entered. Because of this “relocation” you will need to remember who you chose to BE and what you will need to RELEASE in order to be that person.

In other earthly incarnations you could just store components of your ego that were too difficult to change while in that reality. Then you could “pick them up” and change them in another incarnation. However, in the NOW of this incarnation you will need to release and/or heal all versions of your ego self, as the entire 3D Matrix is transmuting into the 5D Matrix.

There is a certain amount of “time” that you can ignore this transmutation and release process, but eventually the process will begin whether or not you are prepared. If you remain attached to your third dimensional habits, possessions, desires, ambitions you may not be able to “Let GO” of that which ties you to the illusions of the third dimension.

By ascending you will not lose anything, as all life is multidimensional. Thus you will only be releasing the third dimensional versions of what you need to release so that you can expand your consciousness into the higher dimensional versions of those persons, places, situations or things. Likely you will begin by visiting the Higher Dimensional Realities while you “live” in the physical world. 

Then you will incrementally begin to “live” in the higher dimensional versions of reality while you briefly return to the third dimension to assist Gaia and all Planetary Family. You will make these choices by identifying the Higher Dimensional thought forms as they flow into and through your reality. 

Then, just as you experience the third dimensional indoctrinations that constantly barrage you, you will increasingly experience Multidimensional Thought Forms entering the edges of your awareness. Initially, you may not be able to see or hear them, but you will be able to feel the Unconditional Love in which they are encased. 

However, if your consciousness is restrained to the third dimension, you cannot even perceive the Multidimensional Thought Forms. On the other hand, as your consciousness expands to encompass the higher states of consciousness, your perceptions also expand to encompass higher dimensional realities.

Within your Planetary Consciousness there is NO time because the entire planet includes all the possible 3D “timelines.” Once your consciousness resonates to the entire planet, your awareness naturally expands to embrace Planetary Consciousness.

Furthermore, as you begin to remember your true Higher Dimensional SELF, your consciousness will expand to embrace your galactic expression of SELF who volunteered to take your current earth vessel. Then your consciousness will more easily expand into your innate, Galactic Consciousness,

As you remember your own Multidimensional Self who is a member of the Galaxy in the same way that your earth vessel is a member of Earth, your consciousness will return to your innate Galactic Consciousness. Within your higher dimensional consciousness you can perceive both the collective and the individual expressions that make up your whole Multidimensional SELF.

While resonating to a fifth dimensional or beyond, reality, you will experience the unity of the group while you can simultaneously choose to visit the illusion of separation into an individual. Via this higher consciousness you can see how all polarities merge with that which was once in-between. 

When you allow your consciousness to enter this “in between,” you will discover your voice of unity that is the elixir that calls forth your unity with all collective, planetary and galactic consciousness. 

Can you see, hear, feel and Unconditionally Love the shinning fifth dimensional thought forms into your life? Can you recognize that more and more changes are occurring within the NOW of your day?

Simultaneously, there are third dimensional thought forms that beckon you to return to that which is known and familiar. Can you reach out into the unfamiliar feel of Unconditional Love and trust that within that thought form there is a Higher Dimensional Reality?

If you make that choice, you will remember how to perceive the Multidimensional Matrix in which each grid of the Matrix is connected via Unconditional Love. That one decision, that one risk, expands your consciousness beyond the manipulation of fear and transmutes it into the memory of your innate Multidimensional Matrix of reality.

There are uncountable “rungs” within that matrix, and a version of your SELF exists on many of these rungs. Within that reality YOU are all your expressions in ALL the frequencies of every reality. Therefore, every action and reaction of your 3D Self is echoed into ALL your myriad expressions of SELF to be perceived and lived in differing frequencies of reality.

All of these multidimensional versions of reality are functioning within the same NOW. Every off shoot of every reality is constantly spilling down into the lower dimensions to be perceived by the frequency of consciousness that is the resonating to each reality.

These realities are perceived in the third dimension as “separate” multidimensional thought forms. However, your physical self can still feel the resonance of Unconditional Love and Multidimensional Light emanating from these multidimensional thought forms. 

In other words:
You live the reality that matches the resonance of your consciousness,
which is created by your brainwaves,
which are dictated by your conscious,
which are the result of your thoughts and emotions.

Simultaneously:
Your thoughts and emotions generate the resonance of your consciousness,
which influences your brainwaves,
which affect your state of consciousness,
which creates the reality in which you live.

Remember, all your versions of reality are functioning within the same NOW! But, your third dimensional perception experiences each resonance as a different reality. 

Fortunately “different” is just a third dimensional term.

Becoming ONE

Through Suzanne Lie

We stand at the end to see the beginning 

And dream of an Earth where ALL life is winning

No one is hungry and no one is poor 

No one is greedy and no one wants more

We dream of an Earth where the land and the sea 

Become ONE with people, like you and like me

On this Earth we are ONE

With the rocks and the trees 

And commune with all nature 

Through the land and the breeze

We open our senses to dear Mother Earth 

Who offers a platform where we can know birth

This birth gives us form in a world filled with mystery 

And offers a theater where we create history

But history is ending, the future is NOW 

We know we’re a planet, but don’t know quite how

Something inside us remembers a deal

We made long ago, before we were “real”

We didn’t have form 

As we soared through the sky 

But wanted a body 

And didn’t know why

An urge deep inside us 

Called from our Being 

For a “place” that had “time” 

For hearing and seeing

A place we could learn, and a time we could grow 

And share our true Spirit, with “others” we’d know

The concept of “others” was new to our “ONE” 

We had not known a planet, or even a sun

Together with Gaia, the heart of us all, 

We entered a form, and began our great fall

We fell from the heavens, and landed right here 

To remember our love, and learn about fear

Now we’ve learned what we need, and feel quite complete, 

Our memories are gathered, some bitter, some sweet.

 Now, together we journey, Deep, deep inside 

Where only the TRUTH lives, With nowhere to hide

We know that this journey, that starts will NOT end 

And that is the message, that we will all send

Awaken, dear Spirits, adventure is here! 

We can ALL live in Love, and release ALL our Fear

If we open our hearts, and let the TRUTH IN 

That’s all we need do, so it can begin

And what will begin, we are not quite sure 

But FEEL it is Loving, And KNOW it is Pure

For with our hearts open 

Our “feeling” and “knowing” 

Projects the reality 

Our Beings are showing

“Our” Beings are many 

For together we stand 

The people, the creatures, 

The sea and the land

For NOW, we remember, we chose to come here 

To call in our Soul/SELF, who resides beyond fear

Our Soul/SELF we ground, into the Great Mother 

To return to the ONE, where there is NO “other”

Then people and planet, Will all Become ONE 

As TOGETHER our Light will outshine the Sun!

LONG LOST WAY

TO STOP US FROM SAYING

THIS “MUST” IS DIFFERENT

THIS SUN SHINES BRIGHTLY

WITHIN OUR SELF

THIS “SIN” FROM WHICH WE

CHOSE TO SUFFER

THE “SIN” WHICH COULD

BECOME A BUFFER

AN EXCUSE IN WHICH

WE CAN FORGET TO SAY

“I AM” THE CREATOR

OF MY OWN DAY”

SO TODAY I SAY

WITH HEART AND SOUL

I HAVE RETURNED TO 

NOW BE WHOLE

WHOLE WITHIN MY 

HEART AND MIND

AND WHOLE WITHIN

THE LIFE I'LL FIND!

I'LL FIND THIS LIFE

FOR NOW I KNOW
