Good Morning Everyone,

I haven't made many entries in the blog lately, except in my consciousness. Did you hear me? I have read that time becomes shorter as we raise our consciousness, and that now our day is actually about 17 hours. Boy, does it ever feel like it! The energy now is soooo intense that fatigue is a constant issue. Also, the "sense of urgency" keeps us doing more and more for Gaia and for our own process of ascension.

The wonderful thing is that now we are doing the "doing of our Being," at least most of the time. It is really important in this last stretch of our process that we release every person, place and thing that lowers our consciousness. Of course, we still have to pay the bills, make a living, clean the house etc., but we need to release all the other "I should-s" in our life and replace them with that "I love to-s." In this manner, we can love our life more and more. In fact, the most important thing we can do right now is remember to love our life.

Yes, i know that is not always easy. I, for one, can have a marvelous meditation and float off to get into my car and drive to work. Then, just a few miles away, shout at someone who cut me off. The challenge of being fifth dimensional in a third dimensional world is no walk through the park. Fortunately, there are more and more parts of our world are becoming fifth dimensional. Take a moment now to close your eye and "see" the places, persons, things and activities that are fifth dimensional right now in your life. I will join you..

I see the ocean that i drive by on my way to work

My house, my yard, and a lot of my neighborhood

I have quite a few friends and clients who are fifth dimensional

My meditations, writings and creative activities are fifth dimensional

There are more and more shows and movies that are fifth dimensionally inspired

The Nature of Gaia that is untouched and/or loved and protected has made the shift

I write these things down for my self to remember, as well to demonstrate to you, that becoming fifth dimensional is a process that we are all experiencing. Bit-by-bit, more and more of our life is resonating to the fifth dimension. Of course, the fifth dimension isn't a "place," it is a frequency. We don't need to "go there" to experience that reality, instead we need to raise our consciousness so that we can perceive that reality. There are, of course, persons, places and things that have fallen into such a low resonance that it is very difficult to perceive their fifth dimensional expression. These are the person, places and things that need to be healed.

Yes, we need to "heal" things for they are our human creation. We need to clear up ALL our "spilled milk," so that ALL of Gaia can resonate to Her true fifth dimensional expression. Again, we will not be able to perceive that expression unless we have integrated our Multidimensional SELF who can easily adjust its frequency to the reality which we we desire to experience. However, to stay in touch with our SELF, we need to release that which lowers our resonance and blurrs our innate vision of our TRUE fifth dimensional reality.

We have to constantly check the thoughts that we allow to live in our mind and allow our emotions to share their message with us so that we can release them. That is, so that we can release the fear-based emotions and live in the love-based emotions. This continual monitoring and clearing of our energy field is a huge challenge. I have to work with it all the time. This process demands that we also get enough sleep, eat the right food, get enough exercise, have enough fun and fill our lives with that which we love.

No problem... Well, actually, it is a problem, but one that is well worth the effort. I have had clients that i give this speech to, and they say, "Do i have to do all this all the time?" My answer is, "Only if you want to be happy." I believe/hope that when all of our reality--instead of just wavering segments of our life--when ALL of our reality is fifth dimensional, happiness will be our natural state. I also think that a lot of us will continue to "go to work" in the lower dimensions to help others who need a bit of assistance to "believe they are fifth dimensional."

In fact, most of us are giving that assistance now to people in many subtle and loving ways. The best part of that is that this service also makes us happy. When we assist others to experience love and happiness, we usually experience love and happiness ourselves. How can we give away what we don't possess? However, this sharing doesn't always work that way, for some people (not nature, things, animals or plants)--just people--are too attached to their fear and get angry if we try to "help" them.

Therefore, we have to follow the free will rules of our planet, which are, "You can't assist others unless they ask for it." I remember one time i was sitting next to an elderly women who was struggling to stand up. I stood up to help her, and she became very angry at me. I had given her what she did not want, even though i thought she needed it. We need to respect others wishes and allow them to decide for themselves when they are ready to accept our assistance. However, unconditional love is an energy field, which probably does them more good than any amount of "help" we can offer.

The Archangels

We the Arcturians wish to speak with you for a moment about channeling. Channeling is the act of surrender to your Soul and allowing it to write/type through your hands and /or speaks through your voice. Since your Soul is a Multidimensional Being, it has many form and formless expression on many dimensions and realities, as well intimate relationships with Archangels, Elohim, Ascended Masters and Ascended Being of other Star Systems.

Because of these multiple realities of your Soul/SELF, you are innately able to channel many different versions of your SELF and of the Beings of Light with whom you are intimate, such as the Archangels. These beings resonate to the ONE and are free of limitations of time and/or space. Therefore, they are always available to everywhere and everywhen. Five magnificent Archangels have volunteered to pay special attention to grounded ones who wish to communicate with them.

Archangels Metatron, Gabriel, Michael, Raphael and Uriel are opening their hearts to those who wish to communicate with them.

If you wish to call them to you, light a white candle and put it next to a white flower. Call them before you go to sleep and as soon as you awaken. Know that they are with you as you go about your day, and trust your instincts.

If you wish to communicate with them one at a time, or as a group, all you need “do” is Surrender to your Soul and allow the Knowing to enter your High Heart. You may wish to translate their Light Language message into words, pictures, movements and/or melodies. On the other hand, you may wish to just bask in their multidimensional light and unconditional love.

~ Archangel Metatron ~

The new Indigo and Crystal Children are under his supervision.

Metatron is fiery, energetic Angel who has a special place in his heart for children, especially those who are spiritually gifted. He led the children of Israel through the wilderness and to safety. He continues to lead children today, both on earth and in heaven. The Angel of Children and Messengers. Metatron oversees unity, education and truth and children's issues. He also helps to assist you in owning your own power. Patron Angel of Children.

~ Archangel Gabriel ~

Defender of the element of Water and the West.

Gabriel's name means 'God is my strength'. Gabriel is the Angel of child conception or the process of adopting a child. Gabriel also helps anyone whose life purpose involves art or communication. The Angel of Resurrection, mercy and peace and benefactor of 'Messengers'. Gabriel will help you with purity, rebirth, creativity, prophecy, purifying your thoughts, bodily and emotionally. Patron Angel of all who work in the field of communications, postal workers and the clergy.

~ Archangel Michael ~

Defender of the element of Fire and of the South.

Michael's name means 'He who is like God' or 'He who looks like God'. Michael's chief function is to rid the earth and its inhabitants of fear. Michael gives guidance and direction for people who need help or assistance in their life's purpose or career path and to clarify or to make changes. Leader of the Archangels, he is the Angel of protection, justice and strength. If your home or space needs clearing call upon Archangel Michael. The Angel of Protection and Courage. Patron Angel of law enforcement and the military.

~ Archangel Raphael ~

Defender of the element of Air and the East.

Raphael's name means 'God heals' or 'God has healed' based upon the Hebrew word, Rapha, which means 'doctor' or 'healer'. Raphael is healer of physical bodies, both for humans and animals. He is the Angel of love, joy and laughter, custodian of the Tree of Life and of healing powers. Raphael helps you heal your mind, thoughts, body and soul. Those suffering from addictions would benefit in asking for Archangel Raphael for assistance. The Healing Angel. Patron Angel of all those in the field of medicine.

~ Archangel Uriel ~

Defender of the element of Earth and of the North.

Uriel's name means 'God is light' 'Gods light' or 'Fire of God' because he illuminates situations and gives prophetic information and warnings. Perhaps because of his connection to Noah, and the weather elements of thunder and lightening, Uriel is considered an archangel who helps us with natural disaster. Call upon archangel Uriel to avert such events, or to heal and recover in their aftermath. Angel of Nature, Visions and Instruction, custodian of Prophecy

Remember that YOU are a Multidimensional Being of LIGHT. The distance between light and light is ZERO. Therefore, all you need "do" to connect with them is to connect with your own inner light. You own inner light will then, instantly connect you to the Light of these wondrous Archangels.

THE HOW AND THE WAY

As I bask inside the ONE

I surrender to the NOW

I don’t know what will happen

But my spirit tells me HOW

As I float among my memories

Of who I’ve been and why

I know I can release them

With a blessing a sigh

All I’ve been and had and known

Are circling round my mind

I see now what I’ve looked for

What I’ve tried to find

Surprising as it may be

I need to look no more

I’ve found my SELF at long last

I am deep within my core

This core, it now is glowing

And shines out into my life

I know if I can just relax

It will ease all my strive

The working hard and suffering long

No longer wins the day

I’ve found this place inside me

Now, if only I can stay

Can I remember how I’m feeling

When I’m here so deep inside?

Can I be this ME in daily life?

Can I release my need to hide?

So long I’ve kept my secret

From those I feared would judge me

But, no longer can I trap my SELF

Its time to let ME be free

These prisons now are fading

With the memories of the past

As I become my SELF again

I am coming Home, at last!

So long I have awaited

For this moment of completeness

I hear, I see, I feel it

I can even taste its sweetness

If I can just remember

These sensations through my day

Not only will I know the HOW

I will also see the WAY

The Process

Our dearest ONE,

We, the Arcturians wish to bless our grounded ones this day. We are joyous that you could tune into our blessing, as we know how difficult these times are for our dear ones who have volunteered to take a body to assist Gaia in Her great moment of ascension.

We primarily wish to tell you, each and every ONE, that YOU have a very special purpose that you have volunteered to fulfill in this time of the NOW of Gaia’s ascension. We apologize for our “confusing” referrals to “time.” We find it extremely limiting to speak in Earthly language, as it is linear and sequential.

In our true language, Light Language, the flow of ideas moves in a circle of light, which is revealed to the listener in pictures, emotions, ideas and sensations. To us, language is like a soft breeze that gently caresses our light body. When we feel this caress, it is like what you would experience as a word, as telephone ring, a call from another.

Since we all resonate within the ONE, we need not look outside of us into a “different” location, as our grounded ones must do. Instead, we focus inside of our being to “take the call,” or “give our answer.” Of course, since we do not resonate to a time/space reality, the “inner” call and our answer happen simultaneously.

Because our Light Language is free of time/space, our channels need to fully relax into the awareness our presence in order to translate our message into their Earth language. As you read this message, we ask you to release your habit of time and space, so that you can imagine that you are in the NOW with us.

Please take a moment to do so…

Can you feel how your earth vessel begins to blur into its environment? This blurring sensation is your Light Body peeking past its former limitations of your clay vessel. Take a moment now to feel how your earth vessel is like a cave. Your consciousness had to hide in this “cave” in order to find protections from your hostile world. Take a moment to remember a lifetime in which you lived in a cave to find protection. Feel how that body was primitive and dense.

Now, we ask you to imagine that you are finding the courage to step out of that cave, and as you do so, you find that your primitive body begins to evolve. First, you stand up straight, and then you begin to “think” about your reality instead of seeing everything as food or danger. As you think about reality, your curiosity and imagination begin to expand, and you start to have ideas of what you can do and who you can be.

You are all coming out of your cave of separation NOW. As you step out of your cave, your body begins to change. As your body changes, you begin to perceive reality in a new way. The hostile planet that once surrounded you, is less hostile, for you are seeing with new eyes. You are no longer a victim to the whims of others, because your connection to your SELF reminds you constantly that YOU are the creator of your reality.

In the same way, YOU are the creator of your body. Just as your world changes as your perceptions changes, your earth vessel changes when your idea of your SELF changes. When you are “just a human,” your body is one of clay that quickly grows older and is vulnerable to harm and illness.

On the other hand, when you think of your SELF as the Light of Spirit, your concept of body moves beyond the limits of your clay vessel and out into your ever-expanding aura. When you perceive your “self” as your aura, YOU are suddenly much bigger. Furthermore, your size changes with your state of consciousness.

When you are in an expanded state of consciousness, YOU fill the room. Hence, you are united with everything and everyone in that room. YOU feel everyone and everything as your SELF. In other words, you are experiencing reality the way it is in the fifth dimension and beyond.

Take a moment now to experience your self as the entire room in which you are reading this message…

How does it feel to be a chair, a desk, a plant, the ceiling, the computer or paper you are reading?

In our channel’s room there are lit candles, a fountain and music. Try this exercise in this type of environment so you can experience being a flame, being water, being music…

Try it outside so that you can BE a tree, a flower, the sky…

Try it in a room with others, so that you can experience BEING the other people in that room…

In this manner, you are experiencing being Fifth Dimensional. In reality, you will REMEMBER being fifth dimensional. Since you are naturally, and have ALWAYS been multidimensional, your expanded perception of SELF is an innate ability. However, you lost that ability when you began to perceive Earth as a “hostile planet,” for fear diminishes.

Fear separates you from your environment and from others. Fear makes you want to hide. Our dear grounded ones have found it necessary to hide their true expanded SELF for millennia in order to survive “life on a hostile planet.” However, our beloveds, NOW you are remembering that YOU are the Planet.

As more and more of your awaken to your true Multidimensional SELF, you will remember that you that all limitation and separation is just an illusion of the third dimension. Wonderfully, as you remember and become your Multidimensional SELF, you begin to consciously experience your fifth dimensional expression of SELF.

In the fifth dimension, unconditional love is the constant light message that forever caresses your great being of light. It is this unconditional love that guides you, person and planet, HOME. 2012 is not a “time.” 2012 is a “process of returning HOME.”

That process is beginning NOW!

TAKING THE CALL

The sky absorbs the Light today
It shines above to show the way

For in this moment the Now is HERE
To think about what we hold dear

We’ve no time left to moan and pout
For now we know, what it’s about

Healing The Mother Group Part 1

We had our first “Healing the Mother Group” last week. We wanted the group to follow the Flow. Therefore, we only had a loose format that we would endeavor to heal our first chakra and then contribute that healing to Gaia. The other intention we had was that we all take advantage of the safety of the Group to “practice” our developing expanded perceptions. Most of us who are in these groups have spent a great deal of our life being less than our SELF because we feared (knew and experienced) that society would judge us. I know that I certainly did.

Because of this judgment, we pushed our expanded abilities down into our unconscious, along with our wounded-self, to be forgotten and/or ignored. Now WE, those who are Awake and Awakening, are being called to remember our Multidimensional SELF and express that SELF in our daily lives. However, to do so, we must heal the parts of us that have been hidden and made to feel “not good enough” or “different.” In reality, we are powerful multidimensional beings who have chosen to be born on Earth at this time to consciously assist in the process of Planetary Ascension. We will do this one-by-one, as well as in groups.

The Piscean Age told us that we had to follow some “other” person, and that God was a man who lived far away in Heaven. On the other hand, the Aquarian Age tells us that we are ALL components of the ONE, which is beyond gender and place. The ONE is within each and every inhabitant of Gaia’s Earth, as well as within All That Is. The Aquarian Age is a group age in which person and planet usher in Unity Consciousness and return to our fifth dimensional expression of SELF.

I have created a MP3, which can be used as a matrix for the healing of the first chakra. There is some editing that needs to be done, so I will release it on my blog tomorrow. Our first meeting was so powerful that we cannot wait for another month and are meeting again on Friday July 30, 2:30 pm Pacific Time to heal our second chakra. I will be making meditations and posting them on the blog and on the meditation page after every meeting.

It doesn’t matter if we all do the same chakra for it is the intention that is important. Therefore, you can do the first chakra at that time, do your own meditations and listen to the mp3 later, use it as a guide to continue the energy until the next meditation, or whatever you choose. HEALING THE MOTHER
THROUGH HEALING OUR SELF

I know that many of you have been feeling a floating anxiety and sense of urgency regarding the conditions of our wounded planet. I have been receiving instructions from Gaia and the Arcturians about how I can be of assistance.

In response to these instructions, one Thursday a month, at 3:00 pm Pacific Time, I am facilitating a “Healing The Mother” group. We will meet once a month to heal ourselves and contribute that healing to Gaia. We will heal one chakra a month, starting with the first chakra, and share that healing with our planet Earth. The only way we can heal our world, as well as the humanity that has damaged it, is with unconditional love. Furthermore, unconditional love can best be felt from within.

Fortunately, we are moving ever closer to the Galactic Center where the emanations of unconditional love and multidimensional light are stronger then they have been in over 26,000 years. Therefore, we will choose to accept this unconditional love and multidimensional light into our own body, share it with Gaia, then send it around the globe. I am asking people to create groups of their own. The founder of that group, even if it is only 2 or 3 people, will be the facilitator for seven months, and seven chakras. In this manner, we as a planet will have moved all the way into the Seven Chakra by January of 2011.

It is my instructions that at that time the group will disassemble, and each member will create their own new group to contribute to an ever-growing network for HEALING THE MOTHER. Each month, I will post a loose guideline for the groups on my blog: http://suzanneliephd.blogspot.com/.Each group is encouraged to follow their own inner guidance and creativity, but to cover the same format, so that the matrix of information can more easily blend into ONE.

Intertwined with the chakra awakening, we will journey together through the Arcturian Corridor to re-program negative core beliefs and communicate with other dimensional realities to learn more about the process of personal and planetary ascension.

I hope you can participate in some manner, even if you do not choose to create or join a group. It is through giving to another that we can best forget and cure our woes for our self.

Back From Vacation

Hello everyone,
I am back from a wonderful vacation, and I wanted to share with you the message I got on July 4th. We had found a wonderful grove of Redwood Trees by the river, and we sat on the dirt with our backs against the tree to meditate. Be sure to try that some time, meditating with your back against a tree. It is very grounding, and at the same time, you can pull in the Light that has entered the tree. I have found that the tree usually gives me a short message, or least a gift of its great love. When I came out of my meditation, I felt a message from the Arcturians, which I am sharing below.

Dear Ones,
Long ago a group of rebels decided that they wanted a better life and were willing to break away from that which restrained their liberty and creativity. Now, only 234 years later, that cycle has come to a completion. The quick rise, peak and decline of this cycle is because "time" is moving at a faster rate. Actually, time has no movement as it is a constant NOW in the ONE. However, because of the ever-increasing rise in Gaia's vibration, cycles are completing in what appears to Her inhabitants as a very short time.

This perception of time is,also, so short because this cycle is actually a cycle within a cycle. It is the greater cycle, the Progression of the Equinox of 26,556 Earth years, that is coming to completion to usher in the cycle of the New Age Aquarius, the 2,000 years of the Flow of the multidimensional light and unconditional love from the Galactic Center. Now that will be a fire works show far beyond any on third dimensional Earth. Therefore, we say to all of you, our dear grounded ones, that we, the members of your Galactic Family, are SO proud of you. We know that it appears to your third dimensional perceptions that everything is going into collapse and ruin, but that is because you are seeing it the perspective of the third dimensional.

We invite ALL of you to call us, your Galactic Family, as we watch your "declaration of independence" from our perspective in the higher fourth and fifth dimensions. It is a parking lot up here filled with unconditional love and multidimensional light, as we applaud your great awakening and return to your Multidimensional SELF. From our viewpoint there is a worldwide log rhythmic awakening among our grounded Human Family. We wish to celebrate the "Independence Day" of every country and every culture, as well as applaud the countries and cultures who are now demanding their independence that you ALL deserve.

Beloved grounded ones, we now remind you that the only true independence is the independence from fear. As each of you refuse to participate in the propaganda of fear and look to the Highest Expression of your SELF when you cannot, all problems will be resolved. We remind you that right NOW there are hidden patens for all the technology needed to heal all the personal and planetary woes. As our awakening ones refuse to give into fear, they will break through the barriers of secrecy and demand their right to have a happy, safe and long life. Remember, a warrior’s only enemy is FEAR!
