Morning Messages

Dear Ones,

Remember who you truly are. Remember your SELF. It is so easy for our grounded ones to forget their SELF. When they do, they become lost in the dramas of third dimensional life and function under the small, human perception of their total capacity.

We see our grounded ones awaken, fall asleep, awaken and fall asleep again. In fact, many of you are most awake when you go to sleep at night. It is then that you return to us so that we can hold you within the comfort of your true vibration.

We ask that you dedicate your schedule to come to us when you first awaken. Morning is time when our FEEL is closest to your memory. We realize that even then, the challenges of your third dimensional day can still force you into the illusion of “being human.”

However, if you can re-set your awareness back to your SELF at the beginning of your day, you can better recover from your daily “fall into illusion.” Then, on some days you will somehow stand your ground in the fifth dimension, so that you and catch yourself falling into illusion. Then, you can better remember to call out for assistance in the moment that you just begin to loose your balance in the ONE.

Now is an especially difficult time for our grounded ones as you take the excurses UP onto the superconsciousness of your Soul/SELF, the polarity of the third dimensional Earth naturally pulls you down into the deepest archives of the long hidden pain and conflict of your deepest subconscious.

The advantage of these missions into your subconscious is that they give you the ability to release the fear that created your illusions in the first place. Just as only a very experienced diver can travel down into the ocean’s murky depths, only our most awakened ones can clear their deep subconscious memories.

Therefore, even though you likely think that something is wrong with you because you are having so many experiences that pull you from your Center, these experiences are actually because you are now advanced enough and strong enough in your SELF that you can clear old issues that had to remain hidden until now.

Dear Ones, we commend you on your great bravery to continue into the Light when you know full well that it means you will also have to face all that has previously kept you in the darkness. You are mighty warriors battling and slaying old fears that were once dragons far more powerful than you.

note from sue: you will likely see this message in the May newsletter, but please read further as it will only be part of the total message. I share it with you now, as I am sure that many of you are on the same roller coaster that I am.

Awakening

Since I have started to verbally channel the Arcturians there have been many changes in my life. First, I have discovered that what goes up--goes down. In other words, as my consciousness has gone up enough to allow the Arcturian energy to run through my body, my consciousness then goes down into the deepest archives of my subconscious. I have gone to several healers lately because my body was having trouble integrating and absorbing the high frequency of the Arcturian messages. The answers, of course, lay way back in issues from my birth and early childhood. Early portions of my consciousness that have not been heard, have been revealed so that they can be recognized and loved free.

Not only have I had to heal my subconscious feelings of hurt and rejection, I have had to heal my liver, the organ that is the final resting place for our "wast materials.: Furthermore, I found that my garage, which is under my house has dry rot, which also needs to be healed. I have found many times that my house, computer or car will express what is happening in my consciousness. I am, also, one who wears every unexpressed emotion on my body. If the emotions are loving, people say, "Wow, you look great today." If the emotions are fearful, I get sick or injured.

I am sure that many of you are having similar situations, for as we awake, we become ONE with our environment. Whatever we hold in our consciousness is instantly displayed in our life. For example, in releasing control to the Arcturian Energy, I have uncovered many situations in my childhood in which I felt "out of control." This information is assisting me to heal the root, so the the flower of my SELF can come forward. We all have ways in which we are tied to the limitations of our third dimensional limitations, which need to be revealed and released in order for us to continue our transmutation into our fifth dimensional SELF.

When we call forth a higher initiation into the Light that we must go bravely into our inner darkness to allow the Light to enter where it is most needed. But, when we do so, we have amazing experiences that have been waiting, just beyond our old limitations. For example, I had a meditation while at my acupuncturist where I saw the minnie wormholes within my junk DNA and was shown how to disperse my molecules so that I could travel via thought.

We are living in many worlds at once now. Our inner child, the root of our early programing that needs to be updated, is coming forward at the same time that our Multidimensional SELF is guiding us more and more. Some days it seems as if we are trapped in old patterns that we know are over. On other days, we can see the fifth dimension just right there, in the corner of our eye, in the sky or in a sunset. Sometimes we cycle between two or three realities several times within one day. Yes, it is a lot to keep track of.

Meanwhile, we have to go to work, pay our bills, clean our house, feed our children, etc., etc... In other lives in which we ascended, we lived in Temples on the top of a remote mountain or in the deepest desert. All we needed to do was work on our spirituality. Now, we are needing to learn to be Masters of Energy in our daily life. But, we are learning!! Somehow we are ARE juggling the third, fourth and fifth dimensions along with our inner child and working adult. I was reminded this week, that I had forgotten to Follow the Flow. When I remembered to do that--to just relax into the Flow of the ONE and take it as it comes-- life got easier. Now I just have to remember the Flow when I forget again.

We are very brave to awaken in the midst of the third dimensional dream, and stay awake long enough to share our process with others. Right now, our experiences are unique. However, soon these experiences of awakening will be common, but many people will have no idea what is happening. That is when those of us who have "gone before," will be there to teach other what we have learned.

I spent most of my life hiding out in the person that was acceptable to others. Now, I want to encourage others to open up to anyone who will listen. To BE their SELF! It is difficult, I know. There are, of course, exceptions. If showing our true light frightens others, which it can easily do, then we may need to "mute"ourselves at bit. However, there are many more that show great relief to know that they are not alone in the experiences of awakening that they are having.

We are living in the most wonderful time imaginable. I am sure that many of you are remembering our past lives, alternate realities, your true SELF, as well as your Galactic Family. WE are not alone. We are ALL awakening. It is just that many of us don't know it yet.

I Had A Dream

I had a dream that I need to ask the Arcturians about, but there is a bit more to the story than that. I am away on a short trip with my husband and teenaged grandson. They are night owls and I operate with the Sun, or even before--meaning I am useless after 10pm and awake by 5:30 or 6:00. Those early hours are my favorite time as they are "ME" time. I get my hot tea and go into my office to light candles and incense, listen to music, read (usually spiritual stuff I got off the net), write and, most important, meditate. Well this is more challenging when it is pitch black in the early morning and i am trying not to wake up the males.

I made it into the bathroom to make my tea, pondering the dream, which i will explain shortly, when i reached across the tea pot to unplug it. It my sleepy self i put my bare arm right across the flow of steam and burned myself. At that point, i remembered some horrid story, which i will spare you, that i read in a book, probable 25 years ago. I then realized how many negative images, memories, stories and thoughts that are still buried deep in my subconscious. Since, i have been in health care and counseling for over 30 years, and worked with deprived children before that, there are many stories of pain inside my memory--not to mention my own memories.

Anyway, when i realized what is still stored in my memory banks, i remembered something the Arcturians have said to me, as well as to many others, which is, "Please give us your fear and pain. It is a speck to us and a wall to you. We can easily transmute it and return it to light." It was then that i thought to call upon them to take them myriad memories that i no longer need to carry. Of course, the room was still dark and i had to administer to my burn, so i sort of "lost the moment."

Finally, i set down, put on my ipod for some Beethoven and drank my tea as i drifted off with the piano, allowing the memories to leave--I think. Then, i decided to share this process with you, which i am now endeavoring to do. A small ray of light is coming through the slit in the heavy hotel curtain, which makes it easier to write this. I will begin with the dream, then allow the Arcturians to guide me in more releasing.

In the dream i lived in a huge house which was full of people, plants and animals. It was almost like a microcosm of Earth. I think i was in the kitchen, cooking and laughing with a good friend when i heard that a very important client was coming to my house for a session. However, this important person couldn't have anyone, person or animal, in the house during the appointment. Therefore, for some unknown reason, i went through this huge house and yard expelling all people and animals. I remember looking at the big yard filled with people and animals of all kinds, patiently waiting outside until they could re-enter their home. It was interesting because all the different kinds of people--from kitchen help (which, of course, i don't have) to best friends intermingled with the many different kinds of animals, also intermingling--predator and prey together.

At last, the moment came when the "very important person" arrived. She was a very neurotic and frightened women. Her entourage entered first, inspecting the house and making me change things. Then i woke up, wondering why i had put up with the demands of those people. Dear Arcturians, please assist me in understanding the meaning of the dream, as well as the experiences right after I had it.

We happily assist you. You are correct in that your "house" was representative of the planet. How long have the many been "put out" because of the needs of the "important" few? That situation is in the process of changing. Since your dream is not just about you, which is why you were led to make it public in this fashion, we will translate it with the reference point of "you" meaning "the many who took orders from the few." When you "took orders" to clear out your house, you did so without thought of whether or not it was fair or just. You were operating from a blind ambition of getting an important client, maybe more money, fame etc. etc.

However, you didn't even realize that was the motivation for your actions. It was this fact that disturbed you so when you awoke. In order for the members of Gaia, animal and human, to return to their true SELF, they will need to release the myriad lifetimes of blind obedience to the few who have been the rulers. (This goes for animal, as well as people.) All of the awakened ones are the rulers of their own lives, for they are the creators of their own lives. Not only did you follow orders without question, so did all your guests and animals. In New Earth no "orders" will be given, for the few who desire to rule the many will no longer exist. Each of you will be united and ONE with the many--human, animal, land, sea, sky, fire, planet, Solar System and Galaxy.

This dream, and what happened after, shows how you, that is all the awakening ones, will need to release ALL the old memories of pain, fear and blind suffering that was so prevalent in the Piscean Age. It is the Aquarian Age of unity with all life the ushers in New Earth. Therefore, we welcome ALL of you to release your many hidden memories of pain, fear, suffering and injustice to us, the Arcturians. All you need DO is set the intention of this release. You do NOT need to view these feelings and experiences to release them. You have locked them in the archives of your deep subconscious so that you would not have to ever experience them again.

To release them again, it is as simple as calling upon us t0 "delete" that file in your biological computer/brain. We will then scan your aura and earth vessel to clear the scar tissue created by those memories, all while you relax. If you wish, you may also come aboard our fifth dimensional Starship that is in the atmosphere of Earth, but a higher frequency. See yourself being "beamed up" and sitting in a chair in our healing center. Again, all you need do is relax and surrender this darkness to our unconditional love.

If you wish, you may also take a tour of our Ship. Just trust your imagination. If your experience is filled with our unconditional love, you are there. If not, then re-calibrate your consciousness until you feel our love. Then you can just relax into the experience. Many of you have been here in your dream body but don't remember. In fact, many of you actually serve on this Ship in a fifth dimensional vessel. Remember, our ones, you are a multidimensional beings and have myriad expression of your Soul/SELF.

We are ready for your call and hoping to receive you on our Ship.

Dear Arcturians,

Please help me/us to understand how to better release impatience, fear and insecurity.

Dear One,

Impatience, fear and insecurity are the groundwork of third dimensional life. Our Earth ones must battle their impatience about being bound within the illusion of time. However, this struggle assists them to "crack the egg" and emerge as the Phoenix Bird. Fear in the third dimension is a common as the sky, and our grounded ones are courageous indeed in clearing out their fear with their every breath of unconditional love.

Finally, we address insecurity, which is the remnant of third dimensional thinking. Insecurity is the result of any belief in the illusion of separation and limitation. When our Ones in earthly form are in the consciousness of KNOWING, they are free of all illusion and live within the ONE of Unity with all life. While in this state of consciousness, they can, also, express their full creative powers.

We wish to bless ALL of you who volunteered to take a form during this planetary transition. We are grateful for your sacrifice of leaving the Light of the ONE to assist Gaia in Her time of need. Many of you are among those who answered Her call for help at the fall of Atlantis, when Earth nearly tipped off it's axis and into destruction.

You have incarnated on Earth again and again. Some of these times you were lost to the great darkness, and other times you were a small human trying to survive. Fortunately, sometimes you remembered to connect with the light of your SELF and offered great service to the civilization of that time.

Now, you ALL are awakening to your true Nature. We wish you to know that your Galactic Families have been watching, guiding and protecting you through out your many earthly sojourns. They are now preparing a place for you at their table and await your momentous return.

When you are fearful, impatience or insecure, please call to us or to other members of your Galactic Family. We are of a resonance which can easily withstand your fearful emotions and can easily transmute them back into unconditional love. Just call, and just as you helped Gaia, we shall now help you.

Are You Sleepy?

The energy now is very strong, isn't it? It has been difficult to "stay awake" to the third dimensional reality when the fifth dimensional reality is "just right there" in the far perception of our Third Eye. Often, I find myself trancing out to get a better glimpse of that reality. Then, I get pulled back into life on the third dimension. It is true that this life is better than ever, but the "so close and yet so far" from reconnection with Home, makes it more difficult to be patient. At least for me, as I have never been too good with patience.

Fortunately, our thoughts and feeling are manifesting very quickly now. Unfortunately, if we are thinking or feeling fear, we quickly manifest that reality as well. These are challenging and exciting times, all rolled into the ONE. I have also have experiences of down into the depths of ego's hiding place in my unconscious, as well as soaring into new highs that I have never had before.

I have been channeling the Arcturians through writing for many years. Just recently, I have been channeling them through my voice. I have been wanting a more intimate relationship with them, and this form of channeling is much deeper for me because I can feel their resonance in my body. I am sure that I am only feeling the low end of their frequency, as my earth vessel probably could not tolerate their full spectrum of light. However, one person's floor, is another person's ceiling. I have been practicing this channeling on friends and clients, and almost every person has a question about what they are supposed to do for the great transition. Wow, people are so awake not.

I look back to when I was a young adult in the 60s and 70s. We knew then that there had to be more to reality than the story we got from our parents, but I don't think any of us could imagine that reality could change as much as it has in the last few decades. I read somewhere that time actually is speeding up, and that our 24 hour day is equivalent of what used to be 17 hours. With time and space blurring into unity and our polarity of emotions and thoughts finding their way into the "in-between," our process is well under way. We just need to trust that this is a process, and that we are our SELF.

We are coming into Spring now, and Gaia is having another change. Changes, changes, everywhere and always. We are fortunate, indeed, to have made it to this point in our consciousness and to find so many that are here with us.

Morning Messages

Dear ONE,

I feel that there is a message for me now, so I release my consciousness to you. (I have made a few changes to apply this message to everyone. When the Collective Consciousness of the Arcturians speaks through me, they always speak to the Collective Consciousness of Earth. I needed to hear this message AGAIN, so I thought some of you may need to her it again too.)

Dear Ones, please just release you grasp on your immediate reality and join us as we take you to New Earth. Yes, of course, it is also already created, as there is no time. However, as each of you surrender to the flow of the ONE, your consciousness constantly makes adjustments of this reality. You, our dear ones, are still struggling with your survival consciousness, which is limiting your experiences at this time. If you can allow yourself to release the need to survive for even one week, you will see a great shift in your reality.

We realize that we are asking a lot of you. To fully trust your SELF is, indeed, a challenge. However, trust must begin within. As long as you do not fully trust yourself, how can you fully trust us? “Maybe I was wrong? Maybe I just imagined it? Maybe I am too conceited to think the I could do this?” These are old core beliefs that must be rooted from your subconscious. You will only hear these old whispers of survival/fear if you dare to trust your SELF completely.

You are saying that you want a deeper experience of your SELF and of your relationship with us. In order to regain this connection, you need to go deep inside your self to find the parts of you that are too afraid of “being different.” Your daily self has found that there are actually many who are just like you, but your unconscious self has not yet received that information. Much as a Mother would be brave so as not to frighten her small child, you must be “brave” to show your wounded past that you love your SELF so unconditionally that you can let go of all the limitations and reasons that have held you back.

When you release old beliefs that limit you, you remove the barriers that you have been feeling between who and where you are now and the expanded reality that you feel within. Remind your frightened self that you have always been that Being. In fact, you have always been a Being within the ONE. Therefore, you need not gain, achieve, deserve or work for what you seek. All you need “do” is accept that that which you so desire has ALWAYS existed—just beyond the veil of third dimensional illusion.

We hear you thinking, “I have heard, written and done this over and over again. Why do I still have to do it?” Our answer is, “Because you still hold an earth vessel.” While you maintain this vessel you still must breathe, again and again. You still must eat everyday. You still have to bathe, clean your home, go to work, exercise and meditate. You also, need to face the frequency of fear on a continual basis. When your consciousness is expanded, you can easily choose love. However, if you are tired, sick, in traffic or had a bad day, fear is a more formidable force.

There is nothing "wrong" with you that you have to repeat these daily activities. They are just a compnonent of a polarized reality. As more and more of your consciousness resides in the fifth dimensional New Earth, your third dimensional activity will fall away from your reality, and you will focus more and more on your new reality. However, you are among the many who are “awakeners,” in that your life-contract was to assist in the awakening of humanity to the great moment of Planetary Ascension.

To release your vigilance to “survive” and trust your SELF, is a huge initiation because you are handing the controls of your earth vessel over to your Multidimensional SELF. Fortunately, your Multidimensional SELF includes your 3D earth vessel, as well as your ego who is in charge of care and maintenance. In reality, you are not releasing your ego-control of survival. Instead, you are expanding your control of survival to your Multidimensional SELF who is in constant contact with myriad other expressions of your SELF. With this awareness forever alive within your consciousness, fear of “death” is gone, as you KNOW you cannot die.

On the other hand, you still will need to confront the fear of loss of your present, third dimensional earth life, especially the fear that you will not fulfill your life-contract. We say to you now that fear will not assist you in that fulfillment. However, unconditional love of your self, unconditional acceptance of who you are right NOW and minute-to-minute unconditional forgiveness will pave your path Home to the resonance, which you have never left--only forgotten.

See that Home now through your wondrous tool of imagination. With eyes open and full awareness of your physical surroundings, look around you and see, not the third dimensional reality, but the fifth. Whatever remains the same are areas of your life that are already fifth dimensional. Whatever alterations you see to your 3D life are areas of your reality that are about to change. The reality is that we cannot “take you to New Earth,” except in your imagination, for YOU are the creators of this reality.

At the same time, this reality has always existed, because it resonates beyond time and space. Therefore, to experience fifth dimensional Earth, you need to expand your consciousness to the resonance of that reality. You will likely find that your adventure will be different with each visit because YOU will be different. We close our message reminding you that you cannot conceive of a multidimensional reality from the limitations of third dimensional consciousness. To change your life, you must chance your consciousness.

The Arcturians

The changes that I see (in my office, where I am now) are that the layout of the room is the same, but with some changes:

My desk has transformed into a Light based portal which responds to my thoughts. The printer to the right side of it is now an instant transmission device which becomes available upon the world-messaging unit. However, "world" has now expanded beyond Earth and encompasses our Milky Way Galaxy.

My window to the right is a gateway to any place on Earth I wish to experience. The fountain outside my window is now a lovely stream, waterfall and flowers where Faeries, other Elementals play and tend my Garden.

My closet to the left has become an Inter-dimensional Stargate to anywhere and any dimension in our Galaxy. It has a static representation as a mirror, which jumps into a Stargate with my desire.

Behind me are my chair and couch where I see clients and commune with family and friends. To my left, where the television was is a communication device through which I can communicate with anyone, anywhere on Earth.

“Maybe I was wrong? Maybe I just imagined it? Maybe I am too conceited to think the I could do this?” 00PS, I did it again. I let myself out and had a moment of fear, and its best friend, self-doubt. It is a good thing that I can release that fear and BE my SELF.

Hello Sue,

I understand how we are on earth in 3D, while simultaneously living in higher dimensions....but I'm puzzled by what exactly will happen when the ascension 'Shift' takes place. If you understand it, please explain it to me!

Take a hypothetical person who is ascending, Dave. He lives in poverty in a cockroach-infested shack. He lost both legs in an accident, and is unemployed. His family + friends, annoyed by his 'crazy' talk of other dimensions, are estranged from him. His neighbours are violent and unpleasant. In 2012 or whenever, what happens to him? Does he find himself living in the beautiful 5D world (or on Venus, or another planet, say)? If so, what happens to his 3D body, does it dematerialize?

Or is he still in the horrible neighbourhood, in the wheelchair, but now able to bear it better? (Like someone in jail but able to see and talk to the fifth-dimension beings; ie, in 3D he is still limited and in a cell, but it's now bearable, if you see what I mean). Or will his outer life gradually or suddenly improve? (He gets lifted out of the shack, the neighbours vanish, he's offered a job, etc). I try, but I have trouble understanding how this Living in 5D while still in 3D actually works in practice. If you could write a bit about this, I'd be really grateful!

Dear Barbara,

We cannot think of planetary ascension from the perspective of our third dimensional reality. It would be incredible difficult to maintain a fifth dimensional state of consciousness while in Dave's horrible surroundings. However, if his Soul took on that contract, and if he was able to hold a fifth dimensional consciousness while in the environment, I would think he would move directly into the second paragraph in which he: found peace, improved his live, found ways in which he could find the assistance he needed for his physical ailments, and likely become a great leader. OR, he may see that his physical life is just a third dimension illusion. Then he could decide to release that illusion and become his Multidimensional SELF. Again, his SELF would guide him to solutions, or allow him to log-out of the 3D illusion and return Home.

I cannot tell you exactly how we will make the shift, or even if it is in 2012. My guides tell me that this is OUR ascension and WE are in the process of creating it now. At the same time, fifth dimensional Earth has always existed because it resonances to the ONE, which is free of the 3D illusions of time and space. Like you, when I have a 3D challenge, I do my research so that I can fully understand what I am about to experience. Spiritual experiences, on the other hand, are quite different. Because these experience take us far beyond the logic our our 3D minds, we must be willing to take the leap into the experience BEFORE we can begin to understand it.

Therefore, we have to take a leap of faith in our SELF and all our inner and outer Guidance to move into an experience that we do not, yet, understand. I have been studying, meditating and channeling about this ensuing experience for 40 years. I think I may know what will happen, but I don't really know how. I have read and channeled different versions. The reason for this is that WE are creating this experience, just as we are creating our daily life. Therefore, just as we are creating different version of daily reality on different days (because of our differing states of consciousness, as well as challenges), there are many different versions of Planetary Ascension.

The best we can "do" is to integrate our Multidimensional SELF into our earth vessel and our daily lives and keep our consciousness attuned to as high a resonance as possible in that moment of our life. Then we need to Surrender to our SELF and enjoy the ride. We are greatly blessed to be alive during this wonderful time. However, because we have a polarized reality, just as the love is becoming more unconditional, the fear is becoming more toxic. Each of us must find our way, then share that way with others. Through our sharing of stories, we contribute our puzzle peace into the grand puzzle of Planetary Ascension. By the way, our entire Solar System, and I have also heard our Galaxy, is also ascending.

When we walk the Spiritual Path, we need to keep our minds open and listen with our Hearts. Our Truth will resonate with unconditional love, but it may not be the same Truth that others have. Earth has always a very diverse planet and is slated to be a 5D intergalactic gateway. Hence, there will be many stories told my many people which are are different versions of the Truth. All of these Truths are ONE Truth seen from different perspectives.

I am sorry I cannot give you a definite answer to your question. I can only give you my answer.
