We the Arcturians know that when you are ready and able to consciously experience your higher-dimensional expressions of reality, you will find your own Inner Higher Self. 

In terms of Your Higher-Dimensional Perspective of Reality and personal perspective of your higher self,

more and more third-dimensional humans will experience  higher-dimensional perceptions of their reality. 

When we, the Arcturians, say perceptions, we mean personal experiences of the higher dimensions.
